Crystal Resort Aghveran — Hotel in Kotayk Province

Nature is wonderful. Family place. Prices in Cafe are good. Morning breakfast and evening dinner are good too,but they can make them better if they want. I can't enter the pool,because it was told, that it will close at 22:00,but it closed at 21:00,as there was a technical issue. There isn't normal cable TV,so you can't watch a film or listen to the music,but you have WI-FI around,its signal strength normal,but sometimes you have to change to data connection. Rooms are clean and tidy. There wasn't toothbrushes in restroom,but they provided,when we told that we hadn't brought with us. The whole atmosphere is normal and not noisy.Cosy place. I would recommend...

If you ever have a chance to visit Aghveran, never come here. The food is absolutely disgusting, lunch was all about soup of water and plastic spaghetti, as for dinner everything is not fresh, even the lemonade. Waited 4 hours before getting the room, because they didnt make cleaning process on time. Service is horrible, the first thing you see when you enter the room is the hanging robe on the table, because apparently it was wet and needed to dry. So the cleaner tells us, that we have to wait until it dries. All in all, you are a guest in this hotel and get treated like a misfit. So, dont even consider staying here, its a total waste of...

International students forum was held/hosted in this hotel for 5 nights and I was one of the lucky ones to attend!||Food (buffet) was super good - a lot of things to chose from (salad, soup, hot meals, deserts, tea, coffee ec.) which most of it - tasty without adding anything, but of course - salt & pepper is on the table - go ahead and 'fix it up' if you need to :)||The rooms were huge..clean, comfortable. ||Staff members - kind and helpful.||The area/outdoors- just fantastic! It was winter time and snow was all over the place -everything looked gorgeous... Peaceful and white white...
