Paradise park resort aghveran — Hotel in Kotayk Province

I am very disappointed with this hotel. There is no Wi-Fi connection in rooms, though during the initial call hotel staff assures that there is Wi-Fi available in rooms. I warned them that I was going to work from there, but there was no internet available. After continuous requests to fix the issue or provide portable internet, they provided portable Wi-Fi, which was their responsibility and not an act of courtesy for me, as they later claimed. Rooms are in awful condition, old renovation and furniture, no hot water was coming from bathroom tap, cold water was so little one could hardly wash hands, toilet water flows all night making noise, you can turn the water off, but in that case you won't have water flushed in the toilet. Bath cabin is too small and water flows away from all cabin sides to the bathroom floor. No clean and dry towels are available. Food is terrible, especially the breakfast is too poor, we even had stomach problems because of food, I even saw hair in food. Most of the guests left earlier since they were not satisfied with provided services and conditions. There is no locker room available for luggage and they force you leave the rooms early and put all belongings in the lobby. The worst part is that there is no public toilet available in the hotel, so if you come early or have to wait after checkout there is no toilet you can use for your needs. We had 2 rooms, they made us checkout from 1 room at 11:30, I warned them that we may checkout from the other room later, but they forced us checkout at 12:30 even thought most of the rooms were free and already clean. We initially booked 2 neighboring rooms in a quiet part, they located us far from each other and promised we'll move to the neighboring room a day later, we finally moved to our room 2 days later after continuous pushing, and it's worth telling that the room they temporarily provided had a broken door which they fixed on the second day only after continuous requests. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone and won't return...

❗️❗️❗️Veeery disappointed with this hotel. I can’t even name this place as a hotel, as it has nothing to do with that word. Dirty old-fashioned rooms with damaged furniture, awful smell in the rooms and from the toilet, awful food, and even you need to pay additionally for morning coffee, as they serve only tea (and one type, which they made). There is a dirty pool and moreover you need to walk a lot to get there. With a little baby and stroller it’s even impossible as there are many stairs to get to the pool. No normal wi-fi. Uncomfortable chairs in the balcony where you just cannot relax and watch the view with the trees) We just couldn’t stay there one more second and took our 50% of money and left that place. They give only 50% not the whole money...
