Kompozitor Hotel Dilijan — Hotel in Tavush Province

We booked there previous week, such a awful and terrible experience.....

1- They cancelled our booking 2 times (we booked 2 rooms but finally they gave us 1)

2- They also didn't give us the single room once we arrived! Stating that they gave it to other person!!

3- Some of the rooms don't have Air conditioner to make it warm or cold

4- The receptionist guys and staff are so impolite and aggressive, stay away from them!

5- The food quality is below average (a small place for low quality but expensive food)

6- The location is so hard to reach without any nice view (you should have personal car)

I don't suggest staying here, if you have other options there are many cheaper and better...

Stayed here in August with a group of people. Literally NOTHING was as expected. 1) it’s NOT a 4-star hotel at all, 2) there isn’t any 24/7 reception, 3) the breakfast is bad, only sausages, eggs, rice and apricots, 4) rooms are cleaned only when you ask for it, toilet paper is given only on demand, 5) the road to the hotel is in a very bad state (but that’s not uncommon in Armenia), 6) at night you are waken-up by sounds of animal scratches on the walls (still don’t know whether it really is animals or it is just...
