Haghartsin Hotel — Restaurant in Dilijan

It was a good place to spend a weekend at first sight, You will be disappointed the very first moment you get here.|• The receptionist didn't even look at me when I walked in, she was very "busy".|• We were waiting for check-in for 20 minutes, although we arrived later than check-in time.|• No one helped us carry our luggage.|• the room was not very clean, although the price is high enough to afford a good cleaning (* I know it's not critical, but the interior design was terrible).|• this is the BIGGEST point that made me write this review. The playroom was in a terrible condition. All the toys were dirty and broken, there was not a single car for boys, I found several plates and dirty soft toys (*the bunny didn’t even have ears 😂). I'm not sure about the nanny's schedule, but we didn't see her there the first day.|• breakfast was 4/10.|• The menu for the restaurant was very expensive, and i had no confidence in the quality of food after the breakfast in this place.|• The only thing that didn't disappoint was the pool. We booked a room in this hotel for a night. ||The place and the room were very cozy and beautiful, but we didn't imagine that the service would be that bad and the staff that RUDE. ||The toilet was smelling so bad, the shower cubicle was not clean and full of hair. It was disgusting to take a shower (so we didn't) moreover, in the bathroom there was a used toothbrush with a used toothpaste. (It is unacceptable)||The swimming pool was dirty as well. ||The mattress was in an awful quality, so it was impossible to sleep.||And finally when we get up in the morning and went straight to "manager" who was far from the customer care and hotel culture education and knowledge, to complain about all this nightmare, he just looked at us without any expression of apology and said no word of sorry or anything like that to mitigate the situation! ||And if the sanitary service comes and investigates this hotel, it will both be imposed a financial penalty...
