Tsaghkadzor Sport Center & Hotel — Hotel in Tsakhkadzor

It was the first time, I was staying in this hotel, and I think, it was the last time too.||There is no WiFi in the rooms, do not even hope. If you have a laptop or mobile phone, which you want to charge, then turn the TV cable of, because there is only one place in the room, where you can find a socket (and it is not near the table or the bed).||Do you want to swim? There are just few hours, the swimming pool is available to be used. And this few hours were the same with lunch time. So, decide, go to swim, or go to eat. (And the price for swimming pool is not included)||The breakfast, lunch and diner were poor. You may eat as much as you want, but the choice is so poor, that you prefer to eat somewhere else. ||It's even forbidden to take a half full bottle of water with in your room. ||||The pillows are so hard, you prefer to sleep without. ||||So, the only side of the hotel, I can thank is housekeeping. We had to wait for the receptionist for 15 minutes as only one of three receptionists were answering the questions of guests and welcoming them. |We checked in at 14:30 we were told that one of our rooms has not yet been prepared and we have waited for 2 hours. ||In the booking I booked and extra bed and no one was aware of that (though in every room there was an extra bed). After all, we didn't get any linens for extra bed.||For 4 star hotel we were given 2 towels each and they refused to give dressing gowns and said that they don't have any, though other employee said they do have dressing gowns but they are given only to VIP guests.||The refrigerator was emty though at 4 star hotel there should be a mini bar.|No possibility to order even a water inside the hotel after working hours.||We were asked to leave at 12:00 morning without taking into consideration that they made us wait for 2 hours before checking in.||The rooms were clean (4 out of 5)||The heating system was properly working and there always was...

It is clearly mentioned on Booking.com, that the Private Pool is included in the price. BUT when I asked the receptionist about it, she told me, that I need to pay an extra fee for the pool (1500AMD or 2.5EUR).
