The worst service ever. They were having a hard time to give us a table, after that they brought the menu only after we called the waiter twice. Actually you end up calling the waiter pretty much multiple times before they come. Food was not bad, but the service made the all experience worse a lot. We saw a whole family sitting right in front of us getting angry and leaving because of almost the same reasons. We were sitting outside and it was raining, they had just 3-4 blankets for guests and I don't know how but two of the blankets were on the guests sitting inside and when we asked for a blanket for my friend they said that they run out of them, the same answer was given to the family I mentioned and they were furious. Food came really late after asking at least twice and we ended up cancelling the last dish we ordered 1 hour ago. I saw multiple tables getting served their orders even though they ordered after us, also some tables were served much better, as waiters were very attentive to them, so I guess they do this by ranking the guests (awful thing of course). My general conclusion was that there was very poor management, I don't know why but waiters were managing tables distribution, taking reservations and they were literally running back and forth between areas and clearly they were not able to manage that much load. We went to Gor Sujyan's concert (which was amazing and the only good thing in the restaurant) paying 9000 per person to have good spots. The highest price was 10000 per person for spots in the front of the stage, and we deliberately took the second highest price to have better acoustics but were seated somewhere in the corner with trees blocking the view and bad acoustics. When we asked to be moved to a better place since we paid the price they simply refused. Anyway we remained for the concert and ordered food which arrived about an hour late and after several inquiries which were just answered like it is being prepared... They seem to have oversold the tickets, and the kitchen and waiters were not prepared to handle the amount of people there. At the end we (like many others in the restaurant) wanted to simply pay and leave and waited another 30-50 minutes for the bill since they had some kind of system error. It was so bad that it was funny at the end and people were just laughing at the situation at the end. What I want to say about this wonderful place. First of all,the staff is polite and attentive, going above and beyond to provide a wonderful eating experience. Congratulations to the whole team! I was really impressed by the service. The staff members were very knowledgable about the food and provided fantastic suggestions. Truly excellent service!
