I honestly don't know where to start. My review relates purely to the cabins, particularly the 1st cabin on the left before you go through the security gate. DISGUSTING!! The entire unit stunk of stale smoke, the floor was so greasy that my sons feet slowly slid out as he was standing there. The camp van was parked in our carpark and the owner just said 'oh don't worry about that' and didn't offer to move it. There was no hot water for showers, our son found out the hard, cold way and also the shower leaked. The furniture was filthy, both the leather couch and dining chairs. Our parents stayed in unit 1a, which was better however, even though the front window was broken and fixed with duct tape and we were alarmed at the request to pay $20 'in cash' for the swipe card to gain access to the unit through the gate, he claimed the bond couldn't be added to the booking or paid by eftpos. At $170 per unit, per night, this property is way over priced, especially for the 1st unit which was filthy and run down. When we left my partner told the owner there was no hot water, he replied "Oh isn't there? Oh well I'll have to call a plumber won't I" There was no apology or offer of a refund, because of this we knew there was no point in raising all of the other issues with him. If we have to find a positive, our bedroom was very dark which was good for trying to sleep. We couldn't wait to leave and left at 7.30am. I would never recommend to stay here.

The Park is under new ownership and management so please give them time to clean up the place- There is a lot of what seems to be “ semi permanent residents “ and a lot work to do for the new owners to make the park more attractive overall. The initial communication with Donna from the reception, was a very positive experience and she helped us out to get a place to stay with our Caravan as we where desperate to find anything available over Christmas and New Year’s while we waited for repairs to be completed to our Car. The park has huge potential and is quite a nice place to stay plus the location is rather handy with access to many businesses that we needed. If you need to organise some things for your Car or Van while maybe experiencing issues like us during your holiday ( from Auto Electricians to Caravan Service Centre and many others ) This place provides easy and convenient access to many different businesses including access to the nearby Rockingham/ Kwinana beach - which is only a few kilometres away. In my opinion, If the campsites and amenities are cleaned up and somewhat upgraded with grey water drainage and simply just overall better maintained- then this park will be a great place to stay for a few days. Thanks Donna for fitting us in at the last minute and we are wishing you and the new owners a happy and prosperous 2025. Cheers J&A Naeger

We camped here for two nights in tents. The bathrooms and toilets looked clean. The camp kitchen was clean equipped with a kettle, a small microwave, a small sink and a fridge. The camp ground had a tap for each camp site but not every tap was in working order. There's a power outlet for each camp site.

We stayed in your park in a unit this past weekend(unit 64)||Firstly ,the man who checked us in was rude .There was no welcome .||When we arrived another lovely lady was checking in. He didnt say to us "I will be with you as soon as I settle this lady ",it was just a harsh and gruff "I am serving this woman"Ok.||We stood there and waited while this nasty man badgered this woman. Telling her how she should not have got the unit at the price she did, it was worth much more than that per week. This woman was so distraught she was reduced to tears, and she was already upset as her son had had an horrific fall at work and she was getting this unit to have him there with her for part of his recovery. The man didn't give a toss, he showed no emotion to her whatsoever. but that didn't phase him, he just kept it up and then rudely asked her for the deposit for the gate pass in cash.||He then showed her the map and showed her where her unit was.He said something else and then went back to the map and gave her different instructions to her unit(which were wrong I might add).I can tell you that having to stand there and listen to him was very uncomfortable and awkward.||We checked in with the same cold reception.||When we got our key I said to my husband that I was going to see this lady to see if she was alright. I found her driving around because she couldn't find her unit. I found it and got her settled.||This man is a nasty cold person, and his behaviour is reprehensible. ||As for our unit..||The window tracks in our bedroom were filled with cigarette butts and ash!!!!!.Disgusting.The cupboard under the sink was grubby, the light doesn't work over the kitchen area, the curtains in the lounge dining area are falling off the track and don't even cover the windows properly and no block out curtain over the kitchen. pretty shabby really.||We will NEVER...

Terrible terrible.owner rudest guy I have met (alcoholic).wouldn't recommend as the place is full of mice and rats also termites and white ants been left to long huge infestation .dangerous trees branches always falling on cars etc.toilets full of mould with slippery floors . BBQ s hardly work which has the toilet waste next too possibly overfilled due to smell while cooking ..the park needs to be shut down completely not a clean or safe place for anyone .Warning Warning do not stay here. Full of drugies even making deals out front of office at entry gates. Rude service by owners. Dry lawn area for camping. Not clean as rubbish scatted as bins not emptied regular and when they are its a 5am in the mornings to wake everyone up. Permanents fighting and police called regular to park. Would give no recommendations to staying here.ouple Don't bother! We stayed in our motorhome at the park and we're very disappointed. It looks like the owners/managers have given up caring a long time ago. The lawn desperately needed mowing, and grass in and around gardens is up to your knees in places. Barbecues don't work, and we had one available rubbish bin in our area that was overflowing from the day we arrived. (We were there 3 nights). The grounds have lovely large trees and it could be beautiful with some care. Could not recommend this park. The owner is a drunk; he always smells like alcohol, and the other office staff are rude. they have grounds people who are just as bad. The park always has domestics and police at it and is filled with junkies that leave their dirty stuff around the park. I would highly recommend not to stay here; it is one of the worst parks I...
