My partner and I went through this morning at approx 11:15-11:30am and were served by a middle aged woman who just seemed a little bit agitated as soon as we pulled up. we ordered 2 coffees, 1 tall and 1 grande, and some food as well. While we were waiting she asked us if we had the app to which we said ânoâ. She then started speaking quite condescendingly explaining if we had the app we could order ahead so we didnât have to wait. Which normally I would appreciate the suggestion as I do understand the positive to that for the customer. However, she was saying it very much in a tone like she was inconvenienced that we had not used the app to order ahead and that we should be doing it that way instead. It was just a spare of the moment thing pulling in as we were just driving past, even if we had the app there wouldâve been no time to order ahead as it wasnât a planned stop.
We got our food and drinks and they both drinks came out as the tall size. I leaned through and said to her that one of them was meant to be a grande (and I specifically heard my partner say grande as I told him my order from the passenger seat and he repeated it straight to her. He 100% said grande) She responded very abruptly âNO. You asked for a tall and Iâve put it through as a tallâ. I was taken back and confirmed to her it was definitely ordered as a grande. She responded with âno you absolutely ordered it as a tall. I can make a grande for you but you will be charged for itâ. Again, it all seemed like a big inconvenience and so I didnât bother as someone else was waiting behind us. Always have great experiences at every other muzz buzz. Such a shame this one...
   Read moreBefore I express my little point of frustration and annoyance I would like to firstly commend the lovely staff who work very hard and provide a great service. The girls are fantastic, you choose your staff well Darrel. My frustration, and this doesnât apply just to your franchise, is people driving up and ordering what looks like their daily groceries. I was behind a car yesterday at peak time for what I timed at close to 15 minutes. I think they ordered nearly everything on the menu as the boxes just kept on coming. Most infuriating when you just want to move through, get your coffee and go. Especially being a tradey with schedules to keep. If they want that much go to Maccas where there are waiting bays. Maybe that is something MuzzBuzz...

Was happy as I got a free coffee voucher in mail, so first off I went to the wrong muzz buzz and was redirected to Dixon rd which I arrived at 4.03pm and was told it was closed. So thanks for nothing. My advice to miss buzz franchise is you should clearly state your opening times on voucher, and or be actually open when people want coffee...e.g. in mornings on way to work or weekends later in arvo so when people getting tired driving from weekend away they can call in. So until that happens...I enjoy my $1 24hr coffee next door...good luck competing with that sincerely ...shoulda thought about position of...
