Beautiful place but very confusing to navigate as there is very limited signage. When entering the park, you have to drive at least 5km to get to the kiosk to check in. The cabins are dated and the fake leather lounges was peeling onto the floor. We did complain about the state of the lounges and the staff acting promptly and gave us some fitted sheets to place around the cushions. The were friendly and apologetic and did say that they were renovating the cabins during the off seasons. You will need a 4WD or a vehicle with some clearence as the tracks down to the dam can get rough. Overall, it's a beautiful place to camp and put your boat in. The dam is a great place for a swim or a fish and I will definitely be heading back at some point.

Lake Glenbawn was great! Beautiful location, decent spaced out camping spots (we did unpowered) and clean amenities (we were closest to the furthest ones from the kiosk). I would say if you’re able to get over some mud & a bit of a walk to bathrooms then this is a great place. Only thing for us was the distance to get there, obviously awesome if you live close but not ideal for us in Western Sydney. The Reflections Park staff are almost non-existent (in a good way!) and there’s plenty of space to park/camp with your friends or family for the summer. Bring drinking water, plenty of sunscreen and some good walking shoes that you don’t mind getting a little dirty. Will definitely be back!

Great location, unfortunately the rooms are extremely run down. Zero maintenance is carried out on the cabins (just the same sign on the fridge in the cabins year after year - excusing the condition with the promise of improvements). Unfortunately the main room comes with a double bed, which is terribly uncomfortable for 2 adults. The second room has 2 bunks with Venetian blinds that are damaged, so sun comes through in the early hours. The shower is ridiculously tiny. Cabins are unhygienic and unclean. Benches on the back verandah are broken / damaged legs. I've attached a photo of the base of the bathroom door which indicates just how filthy these cabins are.

The facilities and accommodation are in desperate need of upgrading. We stayed closest to the boom gate in a cabin.

Dirty cabin, the lino flooring was disgusting, the skirting boards scuffed, dust everywhere, rodent droppings, ripped curtains that don't close properly. The list goes on.

Absolutely terrible beds. Bunk mattresses are horrendous to sleep on and only a double bed for 2 adults.

Even the lake, whilst vast and I would imagine great for fishing etc - it was so heavily populated we couldn't even go down to enjoy a spot by the lake - too many campers!

We had to settle for the weir to swim in as the park pool was disgusting and unavailable until the last day. Even then it wasn't clean and an unappealing green colour.

Holiday park bathroom facilities were dirty. Did not see any cleaning in progress during our 3 days.

Having to travel 4-5kms to check in and out. Not very convenient.

Bumping up the price due to school holiday period is unethical when the facilities and accommodation...

Absolutely disgusting customer service!!! I called 4 days before my booked stay to cancel due to a passing in my family, the man I spoke to sounded like he was high as a kite and offered no help or assistance at all! All he said was "you gotta email us coz it's gotta be in writing". I asked if there was a manager I could speak to his reply was "no I'm the only one here so just email us bye". I emailed you people that same day and have still had no reply or follow up, if you had not received my email why hasn't I received a follow up call about the fact that my family and I didn't show up for our booking, every single time we've gone on holiday and have been late to a hotel/motel/Cabin we get a phone call asking if we're on our way or if there is a problem getting there, but with you people nothing, it's as if we didn't have a booking at all!! New Management same problems...

We went there over Easter as a group of three families. The park and the place overall is beautiful but there are some issues which are worth mentioning here:- The place has a mice/mouse problem. So please be aware of this. Our new tents floor were chewed by them and created many holes. When we started packing the tent,we also found dead mice which were crushed because of walking. We stayed there for three days and were getting the weird smell but realised only when we started packing that it was coming from dead rat. The place has very limited flat surface, so you really need to reach early to find a good spot if you are staying in tent. They really have only one amenities in the main area near the lake to wash utensils which also went out of order but they got it rectified. So for people staying in tent, it can...
