Bridge Motel Wellington — Hotel in Wellington

Kim was excellent when booking the rooms, the energy & helpfulness was exceptional & very professional. I would definitely recommend staying in room 36 if you have a family or travel in a group, it was very affordable, not too mention, very comfortable & cosy. The rest of the staff were also very helpful as well, so I will definitely be staying here again. Again I stayed at this lovely motel, but the service was atrocious from Debbie, the rude way she spoke to my daughter, for looking in a room we had already paid for, I know the cleaners hadn't been in yet, but still you shouldn't speak to another person's child like that. Kimmie is the reason, why I booked for the second time. But not again, after Debbie not only spoke to my 11 year old daughter, but also the way she spoke to my older 2 daughters, after they first arrived from spending 5 hours getting to the motel from Campbelltown. So shame on you Debbie, you are very unprofessional & upsetting to the paying customers. I've now booked in Dubbo & will continue to do so, until Debbie doesn't answer my call's for bookings anymore. This place is alright if you need to rest your head or are away for work. Some bad points. The shower and sink in my room leaked unless you used a pipe wrench to turn off the taps. The bathroom also got wet after a shower, like real wet. The room around my bed wasn’t enough to properly stand, it was just sort of crammed in there.There was a weird curtain in the rooms that led to nowhere, it was just decoration.

HOWEVER. Some good points. Room was tidy and clean. It did have a cosy feeling. Almost country. The grounds and pool areas are very nice, like a drink with the lads in the gazebo thing was great. The bed was very comfy when you actually got into it. Like very comfy. It is a great locations with a laundry, pubs and servo in easy walking distance. The lady who owns or manages the place was friendly and approachable, also happy to help in what she can. The room had everything you needed, so microwave, TV, jug… So yeah 3/5. Comfortable but not somewhere you...

Booked in for the night, was put in the Motel across the road in a pet room... Our pet was fully enclosed in his own Playpen & never loose in the room whatsoever.|The room was terrible. There was a massive stain on the carpet, the bathroom was disgusting. Soap dish snapped off parallel to the wall, there was some sort of 'residue' in the handbasin, some kind of hand tool left in the bathroom, the sides of bathroom cabinet rotting away, bottom of drawer non-existant. Many holes in the walls just been 'bogged' up... Disgusting looking stitched together blankets on the wall, not sure if this was 'art', but was ugly regardless.No crockery except 2 cups, but does have a toaster & jug.. Understand possibly undergoing refurbishment, but this room wasn't ready at all for reservation, it wasn't CLEAN to start with... definitely not worth $130 for the night. Not even 2☆ accommodation. Extremely disappointed, couldn't wait to get out in the morning. Only good thing...
