KFC Wellington — Restaurant in Wellington

Pulled into kfc Wellington nsw on our way back from Sydney ' purchased a large 5 piece tenders large drink and large chips' my partner bought a zinger burger combo as well ' my tenders were tough as timber ' my chips were dry as and looked like they'd been in the hot box all day ' the zinger burger was also dry and hard as' we complained at the counter about our disgraceful meals only to be met with ignorance of the issues with the meals we PAID FOR' so after no help or a complete new meal replacement i just threw the lot in the bin 'i love kfc i eat it a few times a month but this kfc in Wellington dropped the ball big time 'we will never eat in this store anymore 'sadly back to Macdonalds Wellington at our next stop 'one very disappointed...

The most unsatisfactory 8:45 meal I have ever had! Despite the freshly mopped floor and lack of usual operating promotion, I couldn't help it feel that maybe colonel sander's dream had been lost. It's true my scalding hot, under cooked chips were hand/tong selected straight from the vat, they were hot however the sporadic salting made them much to be desired. My zinger burger that almost froze my face off, despite showing promise, the rubbery consistency of the Icy chicken filet wedged between between what I can only hope was today's bacon and equally cold bun really made me question Australian food standards. All and all, really hoping I don't wake up...

I’m a big fan of KFC it’s my guilty pleasure. I’ve been to a lot of KFCs around NSW and I’ve never been to a kfc that consistently makes bad food or packs the wrong food in the order or doesn’t pack it at all. This is the 5th time coming here 3 first times I had missing items from my zinger box. Driven too far down the road to turn around for a potato and gravy/chips. Last 2 times I’ve been the chicken has been way past it’s sitting time and chewy as hell. Some how it’s cold here and I’ve been served a warm Pepsi don’t know how they managed that. I’ve never seen an actual adult working here...
