Had a very good stay with werna, he and his family are very friendly and welcoming, The apartment we stayed in was very good spacious although it only had the bare essentials to get by with missing a microwave various cooking utensils. The communal cellar is very good with space for activities and great for small kids with xbox 360 on a projector, pingpong tables, kids indoor play area, rest rooms and a big indoor whirlpool, boot racks and a cellar bar with honesty payment for beers and juice. Sadly didn't give as many stars as all this comes with a price that is too expensive and hidden costs €10 for 2 people for use of the whirlpool, €5 euro for one bag of washing. | good thing is you can pre order fresh rolls and stuff as the Baker drives around in the mornings and the car park is well maintained. And a daily letter from werna is put up telling you about the weather and local...

I have been traveling for decades all over the world and never, I repeat never, have I found a gem like this nestled in a stunning landscape in the Austrian Tyrolean Alps and with an owner so kind, hospitable and, literally, next to his guest for any information, need and/or finding services or local food, or as an expert guide of all the mountain trails. Ho avuto il piacere di trascorrere con la mia famiglia 2-3 giorni presso questa struttura nel mese di agosto: la gentilezza e la premura di cui abbiamo goduto ci ha molto colpiti! L’appartamento era pulito e dotato di ogni bene necessario. Abbiamo ricevuto dal sig. Werna consigli di viaggio, di escursioni e di ristoranti dove cenare, e abbiamo molto apprezzato la sua sensibilità nel voler ricevere consapevolezza circa i nostri spostamenti quotidiani, per ogni possibile eventualità. Stupenda l’abitudine di condivisione del trascorso della giornata: nelle grande terrazza comune la sera gli ospiti potevano incontrarsi con il proprietario e tutti insieme raccontare le proprie esperienze giornaliere. Straordinaria l’idea di mettere a disposizione dei propri clienti, a prezzo corretto, una sorta di dispensa con un frigo da cui attingere eventuali bottiglie di acqua o di birre, nonché il servizio di consegna fuori porta della camera di pane/ dolci/ latte la mattina presto. Ogni mattino ci giungeva un caloroso messaggio di buona giornata con consigli di buone regole per un sano e sicuro divertimento. Peccato aver soggiornato solo...
