The man at the hotel reception is extremely rude. He insulted both me and my colleagues who were with me. From the very beginning, he treated us poorly. I also want to point out that two bottles of wine were stolen from my room! I had placed them on the windowsill and propped them up with some cans. When I returned to the room, the cans were still there, but the bottles were gone. When I asked about it at the reception, they claimed the bottles had broken, but that’s impossible because the cans would have fallen as well. I tried to remain polite and asked the man to provide access to the surveillance cameras so we could determine the truth. However, he refused, shouted at me, and insulted me. After I checked the room again, I found the cap (cork) from the wine bottle, which smells very strongly of wine. It was on my desk hidden between my makeup. With such behavior and treatment, it’s clear this place is an absolute disgrace.Additionally, the radiators are far too small and completely inadequate for heating the room. There is no privacy in the bathroom, as there’s a window with only a small blind that leaves everything visible.

Read moreWe are extremely disappointed with our stay at the hotel. We were a group of children and parents who came for a dance and singing festival. In the evening, the teacher held a rehearsal with the children outside, and the manager started yelling aggressively, chased the children, and began slamming doors. The little ones were very frightened and even throughout the night would jump in fear at the slightest noise coming from the corridor.
The next evening, we returned from the festival after 10 PM, but only because the award ceremony ran late, not because we were out wandering somewhere. The manager shouted at us for coming back so late, threatened to kick us out, and said he wouldn’t let us sleep in the hotel. In the end, of course, he did let us stay, but the whole experience was so stressful that we felt like we were in a military barracks.
The only positive thing was the clean...
