I dont understand these positive reviews, maybe because they are old. If I could put -100 for this property, i would! Worst experience ever, never ever before were we so shocked and disappointed , as after this stay. On top of the stay price, they charge extra 90 eur for the cleaning, And then- after we checked out, couple of hours later we receive the invoice for 180 eur, saying that apartment was extra dirty! What?! During the stay they provide no cleaning, even once a week, so we were regulatly cleaning it daily ourselves, with mop and broom, as we are used to live in clean. What kind of “dirtyness” are they referring to that could cost extra 180 Eur? And now the best part- we contacted them immediately, asking for explanation , They promised to call back and explain, or send pictures, because this chalet was Clean when we left it. One week they ignore the emails,dont answer the phone, dont call back and we notice today that they simply charged our card for 180 eur. This is simply a scam scheme! I hope this review will warn people not to go there and experience what we had! we have also contacted our lawyers , to make sure they face the legal consequences, this charge is also against the GDPR! If we would damage something, or leave it dirty, as they say, this has to be informed in front of us when you are still there and can discuss, not simply charge somebody’s credit card without consent, for what you have No right! So basically 270 Eur they charged for cleaning! Unbelievable! And the worst is that i was regularly cleaning the apartment, kitchen, i even left chocolate pn the table for the cleaners. Chalet-experience summertime: you get a 2-6 person, 2 level chalet at your disposal with on the ground floor outdoor cabinet for skiing equipment, large entry hall, toilet in shower room, stairs, living room with tv and kitchen at the dining table. Good terrace with seats. Upstairs 2 bedrooms with each a double bed, bathroom with annex sauna and a separate toilet.||Hygiene should be better for a 4, towels could be changed regularly (you can change them yourself at the reception desk).||In summertime, the all-in provides for breakfast, free drinks from 11 till 22, lunch to be self-catered during breakfast, at noon generally soup and for dinner a buffet. Quality is somewhat lacking for a 4. Lots of kids present, so a noisy dining environment.||In wintertime, the paying restaurant provides a menu card and quality should be better.||Although dogs are not allowed, you can bring them into the chalet and dine in the heated veranda. A +Card is provided for which allows for some free visits and reductions on the paying ones.||Disabled people should be aware of some steep walking between chalet and restaurant.||No experience...
