Chalets & Glamping Nassfeld by ALPS RESORTS — Hotel in Kötschach-Mauthen

We’re currently staying at a deluxe chalet and it’s by far the best accommodation of the sort we had in the past 5 summers traveling around Europe. Everything in the chalet is good, from the bed and pillows to the kitchen and appliances- nespresso machine, dishwasher and a washing machine. The swimming pool is super nice and keeping my kids busy when we are in the resort. The setting is beautiful and the village is nice with restaurants and 2 supermarkets. Now location wise it’s a challenge for entertainment: if you’re hoping to make use of the Kaerten card as you need to be prepared to travel daily with the car as there is not much around here. The Nassfeld+ card cannot be bought and is not offered by Alps resorts so we bought the Kaerten instead and it’s been great so far- but again, car travel is required no matter where you want to go. Lepe hiške v naravi s vso opremo v kuhinji ,lahko bi dodali kak pisker za kuhanje...tudi pečica in pomivalni stroj je,touster naš je bil polen zažganih drobtin , ročni sesalec in kavomat za neskafe.Bili v času zimskih počitnic.Sobe so dokaj moderne sem pa zelo razočarana nad vzmetnicami ,ki so trde in neudobne v obeh sobah.Bili smo v premium hiškah do katerih ni možno z avtom zato si vso prtljago voziš z ročnimi vozički iz parkirišča ob kompleksu...Zelo nerodno je bilo saj so potke bile neočiščene in ledene od snega.Moteče je tudi,ker se v hiške vse vidi na oknih bi lahko naredli folijo kot v kopalnici,da te ne vidi vsak,ko gre mimo. V kopalnici je tudi pralni stroj in sušilec za lase👍.Hiške imajo tudi lepo teraso in lesen predprostor za shranjevanje opreme. V hiškah ni mila za roke dobiš mini flaškico -10 kapljic ceta je noter in 3 tablete za pomivalca ,viledo . Resort ponuja tudi kopanje v bljižnem mini kopališču ob recepciji ima super zaviti tobogan...otroci uživajo.Kopališče bi pa potrebovalo malo modernizacije feni so kritični zelo zastareli in žice zamotane z izolir trakom en smrdi,ko da se žge,ko si sušiš lase 🤨 potrebno menjave , avtomat s pribolški ni deloval. So pa delavci prijazni in ustrežljivi. Do mesta je 1km hoje super sprehod. Trgovine imajo drugačen delovni čas kot doma ,zato si preglejte odpiralni čas v centru.Če je tu zapro je pa kakih 400m stran kompleks Spar,ki je odprt od 7h-18h. Če imate radi naravo,mir in tišino je to pravi kraj za sprostitev.Do Nassfeld smučišča je ca.30min vožnje. Parkirišče ima tudi električno polnilnico za avto.So ekološko ozaveščeni 👍 . Wir waren im Juni 2022 in einem der Chalets. Wobei Chalet etwas zu viel ist - eigentlich ist es ein Mobile Home :-)

Das Chalet war tiptop sauber. Die Ausstattung war großartig. Es wurde an so viele Kleinigkeiten gedacht, dass ich sie gar nicht aufzählen kann. Messer, die auch was schneiden können. Diverses Geschirr, Schüsseln, eine Schere, etc. (hört sich lustig an, aber das sind Kleinigkeiten, über die man sich sonst ärgert!)

Im Chalet gabs außerdem einen kleinen Geschirrspüler, eine Mikrowelle, einen Backofen und auch eine Waschmaschine! Hätten wir das vorher gewusst, hätten wir nicht so viel Gewand mitgenommen :D Außerdem gibts Heizmodule (für den Winter) sowie eine Klimaanlage.

Gefehlt hat bei uns leider das Sonnensegel für die Terasse (Lieferverzögerung).

Die Anlage selbst ist wunderschön angelegt. Neben einem großen Spielplatz (hier fehlt vielleicht auch noch ein Sonnensegel :-) ) gibt es auch sonst allerhand zu entdecken. Im angelegten Bach tummeln sich zum Beispiel unzählige Kaulquappen.

Es gibt mehrere Grillplätze, Möglichkeiten zum Sitzen, einen Yogaplatz und Bänke, die zum Verweilen einladen.

Sämtliches Personal, mit dem wir gesprochen haben, war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Den Eintritt ins Frei-/Hallenbad haben wir selbstverständlich auch genutzt. Es ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar (ist direkt beim Glamping) und reicht allemal für ein paar Badetage.
