The hotel is a disappointment! I sent a letter with a complaint about the dirt in the room and a demand for a refund, because the room was simply uninhabitable, no response. They lie to the booking staff that there were no complaints from me. No response to my direct complaints either. They answer the phone calls, but when I asked for the manager, they said that he was not there, and then that he would come to work next week. When I called the third and fourth times, the employee at the reception no longer understands English, no one at the hotel understands English. Had to stay somewhere in Vienna for ine night and best deal we found online with breakfast and free parking was this hotel.|Situated in a very safe and quiet area just outside a big park, we enjoyed few things such as very nice breakfast, the free parking and the comfortable beds.|We didn't like that the menus were all just in German and nobody made an efort to try and help us translate from the menu so we could serve dinner there.... so we left the restaurant and so happy for that as we eat amazinly well at the restaurant in the park.|Rooms were clean but walls really need fixing and to be repainted. Friendly staff especially the Hungarian receptionist Ana who spoke good English. Very comfortable bed but for a 4 star hotel, I have some comments. In room 109 the telephone did not work to get a wake up call. It was not fixed during my 5 night stay so someone had to bang on my door to wake me. Shampoo not provided which is out of court in a 4 star hotel! Fortunately I had brought my own. Flies in the bedroom and also in the adjoining restaurant.
