Gashalti Health Hotel - Naftalan — Hotel in Naftalan City

I visited from Canada with my Mom, and we both had an amazing experience at the Gashalti Health Hotel!||||The hotel itself is beautiful in architecture and sparkles with marble trim and detail. There are numerous amenities, including a fitness center, pool, playground for children, basketball, volleyball and soccer fields. I enjoyed the pool and fitness center in particular, which I used every day for my workouts. ||||The staff is of the utmost help and accomodated our every request. We arrived with a very specific diet plan, and the head chef accomodated our eating restrictions every single day by making us individually-cooked breakfasts, lunch and dinner. ||||The naftalan baths were a very interesting experience and definitely worth the trip. We could almost-instantly feel the health benefits of this one-of-a-kind treatment that is only available in Naftalan, Azerbaijan. The staff administering the baths were very attentive to our needs and paid close attention to our reactions. The doctors were likewise incredibly accomodating and attentive - we could see any doctor, any specialist, at any time, often without apointment. We received the highest quality of medical care at the Gashalti Health Hotel. ||||It was our first time visiting Azerbaijan, and our impressions of the country and the people are ones of warmth, friendliness and the utmost politeness. Really enjoyed and recommending this Hotel to everyone. I went there because I heard that Naft oil is very helpful for bones and skin and I had a chance to visit this area. Naftalan hotel by Rixos was my first decision because I've already had a good opinion about Rixos hotels. I'm really happy that I made a this choice. Hotel is very clean, cozy, has good service and an amazing medical treatment. Also I enjoyed SPA procedures and massages, thanks to SPA manager that was really caring about me and advising right treatments. After dinner me and my husband had some fun in entertainment center playing bowling and air hockey. Food was very delicious and you can find there a big variety of second course and salads. I want to Thank all stuff of the hotel and their General manager Okan Kortel for an amazing treatment holiday. For sure I will come back to Naftalan...

This was not business or vacation trip but a trip to improve our health. Food is delicious here, also they have an excellent nevropatolog (невропатолог) here, he knows what he’s doing. He really helped my mother in law with her knee pain and inflammation, she will be going home without pain in her knee. Also, last time we were here he himself realized that I had some numbness of my left arm , which I ignored because it wasn’t my main problem, so my point is he’s a true Doctor (by calling). This health hotel Gashalti also has a good dermatologist, who knows what he’s doing. On top of that they have a good dietitian, who gave us an advice with our diets. They also have ears nose and throat doctor as well, who was helpful. But unfortunately, to come to this place you need to know either Turkish or Russian language none of them...
