The price per head for the chalet was a bargain and if you wanted a night away with friends where you could pack a cool box and take a bbq then you can't grumble. On the downside there are maximum 10 sunloungers between all of the chalets which sleep 8 people in each. The furniture is old and worn. Customer service is none existent. We arrived early after being told we could possibly check in before 3pm, we couldn't, so we sat by the pool at the Dragon, once again minimal facilities and pool tiles coming off. We could not check in until 3.30pm at which point they were still cleaning the room which had been left stinking of smoke (we are none smokers and were not offered a non smoking room).||||There was a pool party from 3pm until 10pm (which did thankfully finish at said time), the music was so loud and so intense it did intrude on our meal in the restaurant. It would have been nice to have been informed that this event would be happening at the time of booking. There is no beach.||||The beds were clean and comfortable so I was looking forward to a lie in until trucks started reversing from 6.30am making a continuous beeping noise. ||||The chalets are most certainly not boutique. They are acceptable if the description given on the website actually reflected what you received when you arrived. However you go with high expectations and these are not fulfilled. If you know what to expect befor you then it is a bargain weekend away but it's no Ritz or Sofitel. Don't be fooled by their website! ||||We should have read the reviews on Trip...

I will put half a star if I may!! The service is not very well there is no service at all actually! They don’t check for the appropriateness of the things that people bring with them (some things that might cause noise to other people or other residents). A lot of noise we cannot sleep at night from 9 pm till 6 in the morning the music doesn’t stop! And when we tell the employees about it they “say that they will help and everything is under control, but it is all for nothing! ALL FOR NOTHING” the music is still going. The villa is old the furniture is old and it needs to be changed because of maintenance and because a lot of people might come and they need to look after it. The floor is dusty and it needs to be cleaned clearly they did not clean before we arrived. The jacuzzi is kind of broken and needs to be fixed too. The view is good “thank god for that”. The price is huge for the kind of things we have seen and encountered. They should really consider the comfort of their customers. I really hope they see this review because they should, other people might not stay in silence like what we did! It is unbelievable. We stayed there for two full nights and the music is still going from the other neighbors and the resort did nothing! DID NOTHING about it!! Family or not single people or not respect is respect! It should not matter if the people on the other side is a family or not a one person or not there should be limits stated by the resort/ hotel.. they should not allow such thing. We came here to relax not to be...

Modern functional anodyne interiors with open staircases leading onto a mezzanine floor with two bedrooms and a third master suite on the third floor. A few more pictures on the wall in all the rooms would have made it more homely. Be careful of the precipitous stairs with open risers I would hate to fall down them. Not suitable for senior people as there is no lift. My bedroom had twin comfortable beds but no TV and was very bland. I had to leave my bed to turn the table lamp off, all it wanted was a longer lead on the shared bedroom table. There was a nasty small step into the shower room that was unmarked and shallow with a sharp edge that glazed my foot. The shower was powerful and hot but they only provided me with a hand towel and the toilet accessories were not replaced on the second day. The lounge had a huge TV and comfortable couches but the kitchen accessories didn’t contain essentials like a bottle opener! The shared communal pool only had two sun loungers for three villas and there were noisy children in the pool so difficult to relax! The vista was superb looking over the ocean and reception were always on call for help. The area is fairly remote and there aren’t a lot of amenities close by but I seem to remember there was a Brannigan’s bar nearby. A car is...

An old property with minimalistic comforts. Clean, neat. Private pool is too Small , may be 3 feet deep at one side. Common pool is ok. But time from 7 AM to 7 PM. No beach access from villas. We hired a 4BR villa with private pool. 3 BRs at the 2nd floor. No lift, only stairs. One BR @ first floor. No cooking pots in kitchen. No toaster. The dining facility or restaurant is not on the property, but across the road/ channel. Bedrooms and other premises are clean. Very courteous and helpful staff. Not worth the money . There are better resorts available in Bahrain /in the same locality. Listed as a 5 star property, but felt like a 3 star one.

Perfect for a family getaway. We booked a four bedroom apartment with private pool. What stood out was the hospitality of the team. Syed Iqbal is a gem of a person - always available and made our stay extra special. No request was too much, for which we are grateful. Some minor improvements- perhaps could have televisions in the bedroom and a microwave in the kitchen. On 2nd thoughts, the lack of the televisions, except for the large screen in the living room, helped us to bond, instead of being glued to the screen. Will definitely be back!
