Aristos Boutique Hotel — Hotel in Chattogram Division

First impression is pretty good. The hotel is clean and well maintained. But there are too many flaws.||1. Their standard rooms are too small which is not so much of an issue.||2. The management keeps the water heater switched off so before you have to shower you have to tell them to switch it on. I learned this after my first night there. ||3. Towels are very old which is strange because this hotel is suppose to be new. ||4. The matress is of extremely poor quality. I was quite uncomfortable in both the rooms I stayed in thia hotel. ||5. Quality of their food is terrible. Even when you tell them you want non-spicy food it is still very spicy. We asked them for scrambled eggs one morning and they didn't know what it was. I googled and showed the pictures of scrambled eggs to the cook and he said he can make that. He gave us omlettes instead.||6. Staff will come and knock on your door even though you have put a do not disturb sign. On my last day here they knocked on my door 3 times even when there was a do not disturb sign. The last time was at 10:30 pm and the guy had come to get my signature on some receipts. By then I was deep in sleep as I was unwell. ||7. There is too much noise from outside and from the staff. Even the guys at the reception are noisy. ||8. Forget about decent tea. They can't make a decent cup of tea. This pathetic because it's Bangladesh. There is tea every where. How hard is it to make a decent cup of tea??!!||The good part, this hotel is in Kulshi which is the nicest area in Chittagong. There are many shops and restaurants around so you can buy fruits and snacks. ||If I have to travel to Chittagong again I will probably not come back to this hotel if I can find another hotel for the same...

The room was quite basic for the price charged. The AC worked well, but overall, the cleanliness was lacking — the pillow covers and bedsheets were not very clean, and the blanket looked extremely old and dirty. The fridge was empty, and only two bottles of mineral water were provided. There was no dim light in the room, which made it uncomfortable in the evening. Furniture was old and broken in some places.
