Hotel Aranna — Hotel in Chattogram Division

I first stayed at Hotel Aranna in February 2021 with friends and was impressed by their service. On my recent trip to Bandarban in September 2025 with my family, I initially planned to spend two nights in the city and then move to a hill-view resort. Unfortunately, none of my preferred resorts had availability.

Exhausted upon arrival, I called Hotel Aranna, and they immediately welcomed me to check in. I stayed for three nights, and once again, their service exceeded expectations.

A special thanks to Mr. Yousuf bhai, who went above and beyond. Late at night, he managed to bring medicine for my baby when most shops were already closed, helped arrange a car to visit most places, and even tried to find a secure hill-view resort for us. The hotel also offers thoughtful touches, such as cutting and serving fresh fruits you bring from outside.

From my point of view- About Rooms : well decorated, enough furnished & net & clean. About Service : though the hotel in hundred miles away from the capital still the stuffs are cordial & their service were as per the mark. Location: this is the best part I think ,the hotel situated in the heart of the city...you can go anywhere or any places from this hotel , restaurants are availables & anyone can pick any sort of vehicle just Infront of the gate .

This is a medium quality hotel. The hotel location is in the very important place in Bandarban. The place is called Thanchi Bus Stand. In front of the hotel there is a good restaurant where breakfast, lunch and dinner is served. Regarding hotel most important thing is that the absence of lift. Both AC and NonAC rooms are available. Room rent is reasonable. Hotel service personally are good and cooperative. There is a canteen at the ground floor of this hotel but very few prefer to go there. We had a lunch once. Price was little higher compared to others at Bandarban. You can rent Mahindra or Auto from this hotel but you need to negotiate about the tour plan and cost. In front of the hotel you can have bus that goes to Thanchi. From hotel to bus stand time takes only 5...
