Hotel Hill View — Hotel in Chattogram Division

Worst ever service from a so called renowend hotel ever i get in Bandarbon city. They just treated their guest so badly. Reception guys are so unprofessional. No room service is available where in every floor have a room service desk. Wash room was not properly cleaned. Bed sheet, pillow cover and blanket was torn and burned. Even they didn't provide room clean service and daily normal complimentary water. They charged high price but serivece is low graded. Rats r avaiable in the room to entertain the guest in the right. When i told about it in the reception they just smiled like we told them something funny. Last summer,I checked into the hotel.I was given Room 418.The room was cold when I entered,even though it was a hot night.I turned on the lights, but one bulb just flickered before dying.Around midnight, I woke up to the sound of footsteps outside my door.I assumed it was a guest, but after 15 minutes,I got up and peeked through the peephole.No one was there.I went back to bed, but then came the whispering. It was low, almost like someone talking to themselves right in the corner of the room. I froze. I didn’t even want to breathe. After a few minutes, the whispering stopped. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It's just beside the bus stand and you can find lots of 'Chad er gari' just outside the hotel. You can rent one for your travel. The staffs are well mannered and helpful, and the room service is also good. Every floor has one staff. The washroom has a geyser. They also have free wifi, but the connection isn’t great. They also have a restaurant on the ground floor. You can have your meal delivered to your room from there. In the off season, you can get a room for as much as 1000/-.
