Hotel Grand Castle — Hotel in Chattogram Division

I have stayed in a family room (1 king size and 1 single bed)2 adults and 2 kids (3/7 yrs) which was included breakfast. Unfortunately when we approached in the restaurant,staff was informed us we have only 2 persons included breakfast. Which made me very disappoint and later they called back us and offered for 3 persons breakfast. They didn't provide any buffet and gave us very basic breakfast, at one point I have asked for additional omelette, staff respond we have only 1 egg entitled for each person and can't have any more. I am totally surprised about the service,Restaurant table clothes was totally dirty with food stuff stain, probably they don't have that much of occupancy and ignoring the clients minimum rights. I found a cockroach in the washroom, toilet hand spray was very tight to use.

Went there for a weekend to explore Comilla town. I arrived late at night but the hotel staffs were cordial enough to welcome me with a smiling face. The rooms are well furnished & equipped with good quality wooden materials. AC works good. Washroom has modern amenities and the water pressure is amazing. The lift works well & stays open till midnight. I need to specially mention the interior of the restaurant. On one wall, there are beautiful arts containing Bengali song lyrics in each squared box. This entire wall took me to reminisce my favorite songs. The included breakfast had good quality food. Ordered some food n it turned out good as well. I visit grand castle Cumilla. Hotel was very clean, room was very nice and comfortable. Facilities was very bad. Outside food not available. I ask for plate they want extra charge.
