It's a nice hotel and restaurant in Cumilla, situated in the Tomsom Bridge region, just 5 minutes' drive from the Paduarbazar Highway or Cumilla Kotbari road. I was there with my family. The hotel is well organized. Though situated in a busy place just by the roadside at Lalmai Tower, the room is found noiseless. My room was modern and well decorated, with a locker, a mini fridge, and a flat-screen TV. It was neat and clean. They served welcome drinks on arrival but should have added a complimentary fruit basket to the room. The staff were found to be well trained and well mannered. Their restaurant is nicely decorated. Very poorly managed, beware of their sweet behavior when you face their reception first time. We were supposed to stay there for 2 nights, we told the manager Mr. Sarwar multiple times that we prefer a budget friendly room, he agreed at 2500 BDT/night for a double bed room. We filled the papers signed, took the key and were guided to room 607. But the next day when we were checking out, the other guy told that the room rent for 607 was 3000 BDT/night and their budget room was at 3rd floor which we were not shown at all. Such an unprofessional and mischievous approach to loot money! Funnily enough, their so called Deluxe King room has NO Cable TV service!!
