Hotel Sky Vision — Hotel in Chattogram Division

I have stayed here one night. We took one Twin bed room and one couple bed room. Rent Couple - 1600 after discount 1400 taka Twin bed - 2000 after discount 1800 (one double bed one single bed)

Washroom good. Geyser available. AC also available. But one washroom has lickage issue.

But for winter blanket is not that good. It's okay for Ac but not for winter when temperature is 14° C .

They provide Brush, paste and small soap. Then we asked for Towel and sandal thay also give that. 500ml water also give for room.

It's in central of Cumilla. Lift has some noise issue when you stand center and not available at 4-5:30pm.

Hotel open for 24 hours. But lift not available at night from 12-8am. But if needed they can switch on lift.

Very unprofessional service. Guy sitting at the front desk doesn’t have customer centric behaviour at all. Very disappointed even at the first few minutes talk for a room booking. Elevator is turned off randomly and you have to climb up to 7 th floor using the stairs!!!!! Crazy!!!! Seems like you will get much better room with the same price within...

Firstly the access to the hotel is bit of an issue over coming that the room I stayed in was 802. The blanket given was very light and I only has one pillow.
