So the bad things first.

Toilet are old Hand flush are rusty not working properly. No Bucket or Mug provided in the bathrooms, the provide us a color container for showeringafter asking, told us to use the shower which is rusted not working properly, said all Buckets are in use by other guests how funny from 6 rooms we are in three rooms only one other guest,can't take shower on that later we buy our own Bucket and mug. Very low light in the room We brought 3 rooms, ac ot those rooms not working properly too much noise from the outer unit. One room flooded with ac water have to change the room. No one knocked for room services, we have to call and asked for trash can clean, no toilet clean or other, all time need to ask. Balcony are dirty where we put our clothes to dry. Dinning space requires more sitting chairs. Same breakfast each day. Water runs out every morning need to call them for run the water machine. Very bad experience 😕

Now to good things.

Experienced poor quality of services for the entire period of our stay. Their service is in no way close to what is portrayed on the website. Also, the price they charged for the room is not worth the services expected. -Hotel rooms, beds, and lobby stink a lot; however, they changed the blanket on request. -The floor remains dirty; unnecessarily large cupboard with no hooks and sufficient hangers, and switches are placed in an inconvenient way; -They do not provide fresh towels regularly once they get soaked. -Water taps do not work well for hot and normal water. -The window in the room has no lock. -Anyone can peep into the bathroom from outside as the window has the sticker teared up. -Earthworms roam around the basin and washroom. -They do not have their own kitchen/ canteen. They usually deliver it from outside on the basis of your order from their menu card. -Food quality is very bad and not worth the money they charge for it. -Laundry service is also...

It's a very nice place. Rooms are well standard. Location was also good. But I had some issues which needed to be solve. At night mosquito problem. 2 times they used aerosol to my colleagues room but mosquito was not fully removed. They had a terrible night. Try to take room in 1st floor. 1st time the room they offered me in the ground floor, that rooms geyser was not functioning. Later they provide me a room in the 1st floor. In the 1st floor washroom shower tap position was in such a place, where the water fall onto bathroom sinks. If you need to do use the shower tap you need to put your body on the bathroom sink. That's why they kept a balti for having shower. Bathroom fittings were not so good. Found only one person in the property who was working as receiptionist, manager as well as room service. So their service was getting delayed everytime. They need to improve these problems for...
