Hotel Ali Plaza — Hotel in Sylhet Division

Room was big enough. But there I have faced 2 problems. Lack of Corridor or Baranda, where I can spend my free time viewing around or I can use it for drying my wet clothes. After bath you will not get and place where you can drying out wet clothes.

Lack of basine outside the bathroom. In a single room, they set up 1 basine, 1 bath place, 1 toilet. It’s a common sense that no one can use those three things at a time. So, separate room or outside basine is crying need for family room. If multiple person want to make himself/ herself fresh, they will not able to do it. If they set up a single basine outside the bathroom, one can can bath or use toilet and another can use basine to brush. It will save their time. And they can be ready to go outside at a time.

A 3 star hotel located at Humayun Rashid Chattar, Near Bus Terminal in Sylhet city. Rooms are okay despite being a bit small but the washrooms are not up to the mark telling from my experiences in 5 different rooms. Most of the employees are polite and well behaved but service quality is not so good. Root rate is high compared to the size and quality. The lobby is good and the hotel looks nice from outside. The most useful thing about this hotel is that it has a good number of bus counters just beside it. Ena, Unique and Shyamoli counters are even in the same building. First of all, the room ,they gave me, is very dirty. toilets accessories are brocken. window curtains are full of dust and smelling bad.

AC does not work properly. they do not clean room properly ,there was full of smokes.

Most important thing is that this hotel is not secure for couple or women. it is near to bus terminal so transport workers hire it.
