This is a great little hotel! The hotel is located about a 15-20 nice walk from the main plaza. They provide a nice little breakfast of breads and eggs, fresh coffee and teas. The entire premises, from individual rooms to common use areas are extremely clean. We checked out all the central hotels in Tarija: oldish, cavernous, noisy. The Mitru was opened in Dec. 2014 and the spacey clean rooms are set around a garden. It's a 5 to 7 minutes walk to the main square through leafy streets. No central heating (no hotel in Tarija has), but nice hot showers.
