Hotel Boutique Andina — Hotel in Uyuni

The hotel is very nice and is very safe. The rooms are clean, warm, and modern. There is always hot water with tea left in rooms for convenience and the breakfast service was expectional. It was made to our liking and the time of our liking.

Derek, one of the staff boys was sweet and diligent, always cared for our well being and for us feeling comfortable. As per rest of staff, they were also very attentive.

The location is a 10 minute drive from the center of uyuni city, so it is quiet, good for rest and for disconnecting.

Wir standen am morgen früh bei -7 Grad Celsius eine halbestunde vor dem Hotel und niemand öffnete die Tür, obwohl es gemäss Angaben vom Hotel eine 24/7 Rezeption gibt. Auch unter der 24/7 Hotline Nummer vom Hotel hat niemand auf Nachrichten und Anrufe reagiert (obwohl sie teilweise online waren auf Whatsapp).

Danach mussten wir 30min zurück in die Stadt laufen, um uns in einem Café aufzuwärmen. Auch nach 3 Stunden haben Sie nicht auf unsere Nachrichten und Anrufe reagiert. Schlussendlich gingen wir in ein anderes Hotel.

Das Geld bekamen wir nicht zurück und auf eine Entschuldigung warten wir noch bis heute. Eine...
