A Complete Disaster – Stay Away!||||I have never had such a terrible hotel experience in my life. We booked the biggest apartment with the Spa Area for four nights, expecting a luxurious stay, but it was an absolute nightmare. From day one, the jacuzzi was broken—it wouldn’t hold water because there was a hole, causing it to leak into the sauna, which also became unusable. So much for the spa!||||Instead of fixing the problem, the hotel sent a service engineer into our apartment every single day, yet nothing got repaired. When the service engineer came, he told us that the Jacuzzi was having this problem already since 1 month but they can't fix it now because it is in the middle of the season. It was incredibly inconvenient and ruined any chance of relaxation. To make things worse, the restaurant service was just as bad—the two employees were rude and rushed us to order as if we were an inconvenience rather than paying guests.||||At the end of our stay, we asked for a discount since the main reason we booked this apartment—the spa—was completely unusable. Shockingly, the hotel refused to compensate us in any way. They didn’t care at all and forced us to pay the full price! After the service engineer told us that the problem existed already for 1 month, it was clear that they already knew in advance that there is a problem with the Spa and they didn't refund us with anything.||||I would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel /...

Galeria Luxury Ski Apartments and Restaurant is one of the best spots in Jahorina, especially if you’re looking for a top-tier dining experience right by the slopes. I recently visited the restaurant, and it left a fantastic impression!

The location is unbeatable—right next to the Poljice gondola, making it a perfect place to take a break from skiing and enjoy a great meal in a cozy yet elegant setting. The restaurant itself is beautifully designed, with a modern and stylish interior that still feels warm and inviting.

The food was exceptional! The menu offers a great mix of international and local dishes, all prepared with high-quality ingredients. I tried a few different meals, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and well-presented. The portions were generous, and the service was fast, which is always a plus when you’re coming in from the cold and looking for a satisfying meal.

The atmosphere was also fantastic—relaxed but upscale, making it a great spot for both casual dining and special occasions. The staff was very professional and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed.

We didn't stay at Galeria, and don't know about their rooms. However, we ate every single day at the restaurant ( breakfast and lunch ). The food was AMAZING! There is no other restaurant who serves real KAJMAK at this mountain but Galeria has the best KAJMAK in the entire country! Their cheese pie was so delicious, it left us speechless! Every morning we would wake up, gave them a call ( because you have to wait about 40 minutes for a pie to be baked - THEY SERVE IT FRESH EVERY MORNING ) and when we arrive at the place it would be hot and lovely ❤️ The stuff is great as well, especially the lady who served us inside every day🤩 She would also reserve our favourite seats every day for lunch so when we arrive tired from skiing and Galeria is fully booked, we always had our place ready for us!
