Last month, I went to a music festival with my friend in this incredible paradise located in the great northern state of Ceará, Jericoacoara. I did not give much thought to my reservation here, as I had so many things to think about on my travel, I was just happy knowing I had a place to stay!||||Upon arriving through a wooden door on the corner, I was honestly shocked at the surroundings and how natural and calming it made me feel. This place really is a gem.||||When we arrived at the reception, we were greeted by the owner. I personally would like to thank you again for the welcome, kindness and fun-loving attitude you showed to me and my friend! I cannot wait to return!||||Our room was nothing like I had seen in Brazilian pousadas also! This was 5 star, in my opinion, My friend and I shared a bed which was fine because it was HUGE! Lovely stone tiled steps led to a stone base, perfect mattress. It really was a dream! The extra touches made me feel like I was in a hotel. The towels were scented, along with the room which made it all the more relaxing, and little boxes of oils and creams. Mini fridge supplied to refreshments which is nice! ||||Breakfast was awesome and personalised, service was nothing compared to other establishments I have been to in Brazil. ||||To finalise, I loved my stay, the place is a paradise in its own right with the nature, lounging areas, the pool and also the interesting and colourful art you will see around. I really enjoyed my stay there ! I actually think the pictures on booking web sites do not do justice to the place. The garden is beautiful, with many hammocks here and there. Super calm, very nice.|Rooms are simple, but very comfortable: good AC, great shower. I had one of the smallest I think, with a double bed. It has a small outside area but I never used it since the garden and common areas are super nice. |The breakfast is absolutely delicious ! Every day a full buffet and a tray of delicious savory or sweet things that vary every day. The ladies can also cook you tapioca or omelets... The best breakfast of my trip. |Small pool, but way enough, as there are not many people staying in during the day. I stayed a few mornings, and I was alone (with the cute cats :)|At first, I though it was a bit far away from center, but it turned out it's not, just 100 m after main street becomes a bit more calm. Plus, you see donkeys on your way back ! |And I want to emphasize on the kindness of everyone at the Pousada, the kitchen and cleaning ladies, Carlos at the front desk, who speaks good english and always ready to help you or advise you on things to do around town!|And a special thanks to Renata who was so sweet with me, she even offered some of her own medicine when I had a bad sore throat! :)...

Amei a pousada, um ótimo custo-benefício. A minha experiência com a pousada começou pelo atendimento via whatsapp e tive um atendimento muito bom, inclusive me indicou uma empresa para fazer o translado entre o aeroporto e a posada. Fiquei no quarto número 4, que estava bem limpo e tudo muito bem arrumado. Tem ar condicionado novo e frigobar. Tem um mezanino onde fica a cama de casal, na parte de baixo fica a cama de solteiro. Os colchões estavam bons e todas a roupa de cama limpa. Na parte externa é que faz toda a diferença, um jardim com arvores e redes que permitem um relaxamento sem igual, já que a localização da pousada fica em local super silencioso e com alguns gatos que te fazem companhia. A piscina é boa, pequena e de fibra, excelente para se refrescar. O local de café da manhã é coberto ao ar livre, parece que está tomando o café no quintal da sua casa. O café da manhã tem uma parte buffet e uma parte a la carte. Você pode se servir de sucos, frutas, café, iogurte, granola e bolos no buffet; na mesa você tem um cardápio que pode escolher entre pães, ovos, cuscuz e tapioca, além disso é servido uma entradinha, nos dias que estive hospedado, foi pão de queijo, tortinha e pão caseiro, adorei a tapioca de chocolate, banana caramelada e queijo, uma explosão de sabores! Como paulistano que sou senti falta de pão francês, requeijão e manteiga. Todos os dias a Flávia está lá com toda a simpatia servindo o café e pronta para ajudar no que precisar. Pontos que não desabonam a pousada, mas que precisa estar ciente: A pousada não é tão perto do centro o que desanima ir ao centro para fazer as refeições, para pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção é um impeditivo pois não há transporte para ir ao centro, necessita caminhar até lá. A pousada e os quartos não têm TV, para mim não fez diferença alguma. A cama de solteiro fica na parte inferior do quarto e o ar condicionado está posicionado na parte superior onde fica a cama de casal, dessa forma fica um pouco quente na cama de solteiro. A pia do banheiro fica dentro do box, um erro de projeto já que para usar a pia tem que entrar dentro do box. O chuveiro é elétrico com três posições, frio, inverno e verão. Como a pressão é pouca o verão ainda fica quente, no final tomei banho gelado em razão do calor que estava em Jeri. Uma sugestão é trocar os chuveiros para aqueles que tem mais temperaturas de regulagem. Não fornecem shampoo e os sabonetes são bem pequenos.
