Pousada Pedacinho de Céu — Hotel in Região Geográfica Imediata de Angra dos Reis

Close to the port - both a pro and con||||Extremely noisy. Extremely uncomfortable. Staff weren't very helpful. Breakfast was average. Overpriced. ||||"Pedacinho de Céu" translates to "A little piece of heaven". If this is heaven, send me to hell. It all started off fairly well. The pousada is a 2 min walk from the wharf. The check in process was nice and easy. The staff were even helpful. That was the peak, and the fall from there was both steep and painful. The helpful man who aided us in checking in was fired that day, leaving us with no genuine assistance over the next 2 days. When we asked for questions about the island / activities, we were simply told to go speak to one of the tour companies by the beach. I've backpacked through Europe, North America, Asia and now South America. This was easily the most uncomfortable room I've ever had to endure. The bed sucked. The noise from outside was everpresent. The air conditioning so loud that we actually could not get to sleep with it on. The fan was probably the only decent feature on offer. As I mentioned earlier, the pousada is a short walk from the pier. Sound good? Think again. Abrao is not the small, quiet paradise that you may expect. True, this was early January, so crowds were to be expected, but we were certainly not prepared for this. Walking the small streets wasn't easy, particularly when the cruise ships dumped the 100s of pensioners on our doorstep. If you're looking for a nice relaxing time in Ilha Grande, do yourself a favour and stay at a nice remote pousada...

I spent 4 nights at Ilha Grande with my mom and sister. Because we decided on the trip only a few days before we arrived to the island, we chose the place that looked well located, which the pousada definitely is.||The staff was very helpful, answered all of our questions about the island and what there is to do, and Paulo, the caretaker of the place, was the most helpful - he fixed our suitcase (which he offered to do), and when we had problems with the fridge (probably everyday something went wrong with it) he came right away to fix it.||The breakfast was very nice, although they should put an ac in that room. Some of the food looked like it was melting from the heat.||The rooms are a very clean, but a bit small. There is a fan and an ac, but the ac is so noisy that we couldn’t sleep with it, which the outcome was waking up rather sticky from sweat. ||There is free wifi, and it seems that the signal is strong, but in the back rooms sometimes it will disconnect by itself, or won't load anything at all. At the area of the reception the wifi...

Péssima experiência!!

Reservei a pousada Pedacinho do Céu para ficar do dia 17/11/2024 ao dia 18/11/2024, uma diária. O que deveria ser uma experiência agradável acabou se tornando uma grande decepção.

Cheguei muito cansada à pousada, após um dia de passeio, e tudo o que eu queria era tomar um banho e descansar. Ao chegar no quarto que havia reservado, fui informada de que, por coincidência, o quarto estava com uma infiltração no teto. Os responsáveis pela pousada me ofereceram um desconto devido a esse problema, e eu aceitei. Pediram que eu cancelasse a reserva no Booking para que pudesse receber o tal desconto.

Tranquei a janela e a porta e fui tomar banho. Enquanto estava no banheiro, ouvi um barulho na porta. Achei que vinha do quarto ao lado, mas, mesmo assim, saí do banheiro para verificar. Não ouvi mais nada após sair, então voltei para tentar tomar meu banho. Porém, o barulho voltou, mais intenso. Fiquei desesperada, me enrolei na toalha e saí novamente do banheiro. Para meu total choque, me deparei com um homem dentro do meu quarto.

Fiquei tão nervosa que não sabia o que fazer. Só consegui perguntar o que estava acontecendo. O homem pediu desculpas, saiu e trancou a porta por fora. Nesse momento, eu estava completamente nervosa, com medo e sem saber como agir. Imediatamente mandei uma mensagem e liguei para Rafaela, a recepcionista da pousada, pelo WhatsApp. Rafaela informou que se tratava do filho da dona da pousada, que estava hospedado naquele mesmo quarto e não sabia que tinha sido trocado de acomodação.

Questionei como ele havia entrado, mesmo com a porta trancada. Rafaela respondeu que ele tinha pego a chave reserva com as funcionárias da limpeza. Isso, na minha opinião, jamais deveria ter acontecido, independentemente de ele ser filho da dona da pousada. Ele deveria ter procurado a recepção para se informar sobre a situação.

O mais grave é que ninguém responsável pela pousada foi até mim para pedir desculpas ou verificar como eu estava após o ocorrido. Depois de muito esforço para me acalmar e finalmente conseguir tomar um banho, fui até a recepção para conversar com Rafaela. No entanto, ela tratou a situação com descaso e chamou a esposa do homem que havia invadido o quarto.

A esposa dele, ao invés de tentar resolver a situação, começou a me oprimir, interrompendo todas as minhas tentativas de falar. Com um tom de voz agressivo, ela afirmou que o marido não havia entrado no quarto de propósito e me perguntou o que eu queria: se era apenas um pedido de desculpas, pois, segundo ela, isso era tudo o que poderia ser feito. Quando consegui finalmente completar uma frase, expliquei que a situação era inadmissível, e que ele deveria ter se reportado à recepção.

Saí dali extremamente abalada e com medo. Eu estava sozinha naquele lugar.

Fica aqui minha indignação com a postura das pessoas envolvidas e com o descaso de um lugar que deveria proporcionar descanso...
