Breakfast
Breakfast was completely disorganized.
Employees took far too long to collect dishes, and even longer to replenish utensils. Cutlery, plates and cups were missing.
The team that prepared food at the time was too small for the number of guests and there were long lines to get an omelet or tapioca.
The air conditioning in the coffee area was out of order, it was too cold and too windy at the tables, which made the food cool too quickly.
The salon manager was more concerned with the attitude of the guests than with replacing the buffet's missing items.
Apartment
Room 335 had several broken furniture items such as: The table chair TV furniture The bedside furniture The night light was missing on one side A loose wire on the floor, which appeared to be from the missing night light. The entrance light didn't work. One of the bathroom lamps was burned out The air conditioner was dripping water and was constantly resetting to a temperature that had not been programmed.
About cleaning the room: The floor was dirty when we arrived. Luscious and with the appearance of not having been prepared for the arrival of guests. Improved after the first cleaning of the room Towels left in the room were stained with makeup with the appearance that they hadn't been washed between the previous stay and ours.
About the cleanliness and general appearance of the hotel Guests left the trays in the hallway and they stayed there for more than 12 hours, it was unpleasant to see stacks of room service trays with leftovers arranged in the hallway. One of the elevators was undergoing maintenance for a whole week (when we left it was still undergoing maintenance), which made it very difficult to move inside the hotel. Guests walked in the elevator with wet feet and left a trail of slippery floor. this water was not cleaned and dried naturally which took hours. There were irregular car watchers operating in the parking area in front of the hotel. Cars parked at the entrance to the hotel lobby were left there for days, making it difficult to get in and out. The parking area in front of the hotel had no demarcation on the floor, causing several spaces to be lost due to illegally...
