DON’T STAY AT POUSADA ENCANTARE||The room was terrible (needed repairs and was uncomfortable), the staff wasn’t friendly, the breakfast was lacking. For the price they charge there are several better options (and cheaper)! ||||I don’t know if the previous reviews are fake or if Covid hit this place hard but definitely DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TRAVEL TIME IN THIS!!! Huge disappointment, I regret not changing to another hotel.||||We opt for paying way above the average price to be in a “charming” place and choose ENCANTARE because of it great reviews but what we got was the complete opposite. The room was awful, the window was broken and there was mold on the walls and ceiling, the linen and towels where low quality, and the room had a view for the external bathrooms, I immediately requested to change room and staff say they didn’t had anything else available and did zero effort to try to make our stay a little less uncomfortable (I mentioned it would be noisy because the window was broken and the room was street level and the receptionist Josi said it was super quiet, guess what? It was super noise the whole night and most of it was cause by the own encantar staff maneuvering the cars ate the parking lot. On the second day the remote control for the ac broke we requested help and they gave us another control and told us to reset the machine and configure it (what?!) and it didn’t work so we just had to sleep in the heat. The breakfast was a huge disappointment, the complete opposite of all the reviews, there was no one taking care of it and we had to walk to the reception to let them know the basic stuff was missing, like coffee or butter, and there was no options available. ||The location towards the sights is good but the actual placement is awful it faces the back of a building in a dark street, we actually drive pass it when we arrived and couldn’t believe it was it (important to point here YOU CAN NOT see the beach from the pousada). Also there was no covid measures in place, no temperature check, no extra cleaning, the only thing was a sticker in the entrance telling guest to wear a mask but no even staff would respect it. ||Really this was such a bad experience, you can stay at Ibis at a better location for half the price, or Hotel Simas which is beach front, looked way better and also cheaper, there are a lot of better options...||I feel fooled by this inn since I exchanged messages with them for several days when making the booking and didn’t had a clue I was getting such a bad deal, it actually made my stay in Aracaju way worst then...

I don’t know if the previous reviews are fake or if Covid hit this place hard but definitely wouldn’t recommend based on my experience.

Read moreNo dia que chegamos, ao subir para o quarto, o lençol de cima estava com uma mancha de sangue de menstruação, e com um cabelo agarrado por cima da mancha. Tirei e coloquei no chão para que fosse trocado no outro dia, e foi. Não varrem o chão e não passam pelo menos um pano úmido. Recebi o quarto com respingos de líquido derramado no chão e algumas sujeiras esparramadas pelo chão. Fiquei no quarto de sexta até segunda-feira, sem que houvesse a limpeza do chão.
Na segunda à noite fui a recepção, pedir para limpar na terça, e trocar o tapete da entrada do box, que sempre estava sujo e encharcado. Porém, na terça feira, aparentemente só deram uma varrida por cima, de qualquer modo e não passaram um pano para retirar as manchas de líquido entornado no chão. Quanto ao tapete do banheiro, mais uma vez só viraram ao avesso.
Na quarta feira, chegamos por volta das 14 h no quarto, e não estava arrumado, ( o que acontecia todos os dias, os quartos só eram arrumados por volta das 16h se chegasse antes deste horário, tinha que esperar na recepção para que o mesmo fosse arrumado). Então, entramos e não pedimos para que fosse arrumado, já que na quinta feira deixaríamos a pousada por volta das 9h devido ao vôo que sairia às 11h.
Parece que lá não tem um gerente, que fica pelo menos durante o dia. É um funcionário ( da recepção), quem passa as ordens para os outros funcionários. Mesmo assim, parece que estes funcionários os quais você leva a reclamação, não gostam que você reclame do funcionário. Ficam tentando justificar a conduta do funcionário, antes de te apresentar uma solução. Até se dá a impressão, que um funcionário é quem indica o outro para trabalhar no local, e não querem que o mesmo seja advertido ou demitido.
Quanto ao prédio, tem boa estrutura, boa localização, perto da praia, de restaurantes, bares e loja de artesanatos. O café é bom! Falta um leite frio, só tem quente. A tapioca é congelada, fazem na hora, fica com a sensação que você está mastigando uma borracha.
Não me hospedaria novamente, devido ao quesito da falta de limpeza nos quartos. No mais, para quem não gosta de limpeza, talvez sirva.
Obs.: Separei algumas fotos dos travesseiros bem velhos e manchados, de um mais novo para comparação e do tapete, que nunca foi trocado, só virava ao avesso. Ah, em alguns dias, pareciam que as toalhas eram substituídas por outras menos sujas de outros quartos, pois muitas vezes dava pra sentir a toalha bem úmida. Isto acontecia, a...
