Pensão Recanto Alaketu Hospedagem — Hotel in Região Geográfica Imediata de Campo Grande

I’m honestly still in disbelief about how I was treated by this place. I contacted the property to clarify payment details, and the host told me that taxes would be added on top of the price, even though my Booking.com confirmation clearly said taxes included. When I politely asked about the difference, instead of explaining, the host suddenly became defensive, told me they didn’t want to host me, and said they were blocking my contact and canceling my booking.

This is completely unacceptable, especially toward someone with a confirmed reservation who asked a perfectly reasonable question. Blocking a paying guest instead of providing a simple clarification is not only rude but also incredibly unprofessional.

Afterwards, I noticed that other guests have reported similar treatment, which sadly confirms this isn’t an isolated case. Travelers deserve respect and transparency, not hostility and arbitrary...

A hospedagem fica em um lugar bem tranquilo. Quando cheguei achei estranho ser uma residência mesmo e no fundo tem os quartos. A minha experiência não foi muito legal por conta que está em reforma e achei o quarto apertado, estava com cheiro estranho e o banheiro apertado. Como eu tinha acabado de sair do Hotel Galli pensei que seria a mesma coisa. O dono é super atencioso mas não ficamos lá por conta disso. Procuramos outro hotel (o Colonial) que foi 10,00 a mais que pagamos (casal) e foi mais confortável!. Não está de acordo...

Fiquei pela segunda vez esse ano, atendimento maravilhoso! O dono é gentil humilde um amor de pessoa🥰 a última vez q fui agora dia 12/09/2025 fui com filhos e marido, fomos muito bem recepsionados Café da manhã maravilhoso, pena q como pouquinho kkkkkk uma pensão maravilhosa tanto pra solteiro, casal , e famílias 🥰🥰 sempre q eu for em campo grande vou sempre me hospedar na Alaketu🥰🥰 lugar limpinho, quarto cheiroso bem organizado 🥰 e ainda tem um cãozinho super dócil...
