River Palace Hotel em Divinópolis — Hotel in Região Geográfica Imediata de Divinópolis

The room was a bit old, but all in all it was clean and featured almost everything that was needed (I saw no hair-dryer, but I guess they might have given you one when you ask). They also had a parking garage which was very small, but the staff helped us to park our car out in the morning. The staff was also very helpful with a special wish to the kitchen of the hotel :-)||The real disadvantages of this hotel would be in my opinion: The rooms have no good sound isolation (both outwards and inwards the hotel) as the window is the Brazilian standard single window glass. You could also hear the noise from the corridor quite well. Note that I'm a European, so your opinion may be different (I know that things usually get a bit louder in Brazil :-). Stayed only one night, just me, the front desk gave me a room with two single beds instead of a double. The bed is old and small. The room is very small also is the bathroom. Towels and linen should've been replaced years ago. There is a smoke detector which keeps blinking all night long, terrible to sleep. The ceramic tiles in the bathroom were dirty. The breakfast has nothing spectacular, in fact I had to go inside the kitchen to ask for bread because the ladies wouldn't stop talking and go do their job. Not worth what is charged. There is a better choice in town....

A localização do hotel é em uma região muito boa e mesmo estando no centro na cidade, não sofremos com barulho para dormir. Ficamos no quarto andar e a internet estava com um ótimo sinal. O atendimento dos funcionários da recepção foi muito bom. Se mostraram o tempo todo muito atenciosos e solícitos. A acomodação tem um tamanho satisfatório. O frigobar cabe bastante coisa e o ar condicionado funcionou perfeitamente. A TV tem bons canais, mas uma imagem horrível e fica na lateral da cama; a gente tem que ficar torcendo o pescoço pra conseguir assistir algo. O banheiro também é espaçoso, mas falta locais adequados para pendurar toalhas e dentro do box poderia ter um suporte para shampoo e uma saboneteira. A torneira da pia vazava tanto que era impossível deixar qualquer coisa na bancada. O serviço de quarto foi extremamente razoável. Éramos duas pessoas e colocaram apenas uma toalha que estava encharcada. Não retiraram o lixo no primeiro dia, apenas estenderam a cama. O café da manhã é de certa forma variado, porém comemos um queijo que estava azedo e boa parte dos pães não...
