It as the worst experience of my life. I have reserved the hotel for 8 nights and brought my family to this place 10 days before Christina’s because I knew after that it would get crowed and since I have two small kids I can’t be in a place too crowed and too loud. As the hotel had very good reviews for family and kids I thought I was going for a retreat, and as I arrived I only asked for one thing, a quiet room so my kids could sleep in peace. Everything was going well but last night the hotel thay also owns the beach club in front rented the club to a birthday party and without respect for any of us, have let them rent start playing after 11 PM and went on all night, it look the drum of the band was playing inside my room, I filmed to prove it, I’ve called front desk that said that they had no control of the club although it belonged to fhe the group, I’ve called the beach club no said it would lower it down but only did for 10 minutes and went back on it....finally I’ve called the police that came by and did nothing; so I’ve grabed all my stuff and my kids and left for home a 7 hours drive trip that I had to take without sleep, something dangerous that I would never do if it wasn’t umberable to stay. At the lobby other guests were also waiting for the party to end so they could go to bed, a hotel that is more than 70% used by families ruined their reputation so stupidilly, I hope the rent was worth it because I would never step in again, I’m sure the other guests as well! I travel quite a bit, and I HAVE NEVER written a bad review in my life, even when I slept on a hotel with a matress that had a hole in it, but this, I could never let this GO and I had to warn the other families, this hotel have NO respect for its guests and kids, and had put me and my family to a lot of stress and frustration. If you want to rest and peace and quiet for your family stay away...

Long history, Then:||The hotel "was" good, they tried to do some improvements but they did not worked out.||On the Gym area there is not air conditioned, no towels available, no water available, no heavy dumbbells (max 6kg), there is an old multi-gym station that never received a drop of oil on its cables. So, forget training. The rooms are old nowadays, no problem on being old, but the lack of maintenance makes it disgusting, sometimes dangerous. Imagine a family with child (or children) in a room with a big screw sticked on the ground acting like a trap for your feet (It should has a rubber bulb to avoid the door kicks the wall).||The corridor in front our room had no lights, I let them aware, but no fixing at all (an entire week).||As you are in Bahia, do not expect so much quality, generaly speaking. But the employees vary from very polite to absent soul (just the body present I mean).||The food are OK, but the cleanness of the tables are poor, the room as well, did not take photos, but, please, clean your sink by yourself.||If something is higher than the hotel's quality, it is their food.||There is a poor playing area, no air conditioned, no water, no natural lights... it is a basement with a small pool table, table tennis, table for cards and a table football available.||The sauna is very small, I did not used it. On the old times it was huge, on a large area under the swiming pool. Now: forget it.||The swiming pool: I did not use, there is the Atlantic ocean just on the other side of the road!||Being aware you are in Bahia, it is a reasonable choose. But if you expect services with quality of any simple 3 star hotel around the world... you will be...

Me hospedei com minha família na semana da criança deste ano. Adquiri o pacote de pensão completa. Destaque aos profissionais Ramon (recepção) e Lucas, Ruy e Kamila que são do bistrô e restaurante, são muito cordiais. Fiquei num quarto com "vista para o mar", contudo, quase não dava para ver a praia; esta fica após a avenida em frente ao hotel, e a areia da praia é tomada por barracas. O banheiro não tinha ventilação natural e a pia não descia água, parecia entupida. A limpeza diária é básica, por exemplo em nenhum dos dias a varanda foi limpa. O hotel dispõe de shampoo/condicionador 2x1 e sabonetes que não são repostos a cada limpeza. As toalhas para praia são alugadas a um custo de R$2,00. Parece que o hotel tem poucas camareiras, no meu caso a limpeza demorava e foi feita no turno da tarde quase todos os dias. O almoço era servido a lá carte e em geral demorava bastante para ser servido. Sempre observava os trabalhadores do bistrô correndo pra lá e pra cá no intuito de conseguir atender a todos, realmente parecem sobrecarregados. Contudo eles ligavam para o quarto pra avisar quando estivesse pronto. O cardápio do almoço para quem escolhe pensão completa merecia ser respeitado pelo hotel; em TODOS os dias, sempre havia uma ou duas opções (das três que tinha) que não estava disponível. Então eu chegava no bistrô e perguntava: do que tem no cardápio, qual refeição está em falta? Rsrsrs assim eu não perdia tempo escolhendo o que não tinha. Outro detalhe é que eles falam que o almoço é de 11 as 15 mas na realidade o chef que cozinha só chegava pra iniciar os preparos às 12:00h. Senti falta de sucos de lata (como onde uva). O hotel divulga que tem copa baby 24 horas, mas isso é a maior propaganda enganosa. Tive muita dificuldade de esquentar o leite da noite e da manhã. Durante toda a minha estadia a copa baby estava fechada por problemas de manutenção. Tinha que me deslocar até o bistrô acompanhada de um funcionário do hotel e entregar o leite para que ele pudesse esquentar no microondas. A piscina infantil tem aquele baldão delicioso que joga água. Contudo, ele era ligado somente após as 15:00h, o que achei absurdo para um hotel com tanta criança. A praia em frente ao hotel é imprópria pra crianças (ondas fortes, areia grossa) e durante toda a minha estadia ocorreram festas noturnas com som ensurdecedor literalmente até o sol raiar. Então se você procura sossego, não fique neste hotel. O sueds plaza dispõe de uma sala de jogos/brinquedos que precisa de limpeza mais frequente e de manutenção. As camas são razoáveis em termos de conforto. A cortina não estava muito limpa. A recepção do hotel é de muito bom gosto e confortável, onde eu e minha família passamos sete longas horas após o checkout (aguardando horário de vôo). O café da manhã e jantar são saborosos e tem tudo o que é básico. Mas percebo que há dificuldade na reposição dos itens. A piscina de adulto é uma delícia! Grande e limpa, com várias espreguiçadeiras, mesas e cadeiras. Há farmácia e supermercado próximos ao hotel. Há uma recreação no hotel para crianças, bastante limitada, geralmente no final da tarde e com poucas brincadeiras. Um ponto que precisa muito de melhoria é a iluminação do hotel. Os corredores sempre muito escuros, não há iluminação. Quase caí da escada pois não vi o último degrau de noite. Em resumo, é um hotel com bom custo benefício, mas que precisa melhorar alguns...
