The place is a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for in this place. The accommodations are very nice and the whole hotel is very beautiful. Food is fantastic too, although expensive. The staff is prepared to receive guests with various languages.||||The place is very nice for business reunions and conventions (which is what brought me there in the first place).||||The one downside to this place is that it is not located in an interesting part of the city, there's actually not much useful or cool places in its surroundings. If you're going to stay there, be sure to rent a car, it will make your life A LOT easier. Oh, and if you're curious to try some genuine, day-to-day brazilian food and find out what a regular brazilian day tastes like, go to the truck stop at the right of the hotel (no, seriously) and find a little restaurant on the right side of the parking space. The hotel common areas such as the lobby and the gardens are beautiful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and varied as well. ||The hotel is a bit far from the city center and there isn't much around it at all. ||Front end staff was friendly but not willing to offer much assistance. We needed help calling a tour company and the reception clerk told us that she can't help us because the phones they had at the front desk could only receive calls but they could not dial out...this absolutely ridiculous excuse was just insulting. Other than that, no complaints...
