Casa Zulu — Hotel in Região Geográfica Imediata de Itapipoca

My girlfriend and I decided to go on a romantic getaway for the weekend and we chose Casa Zulu mainly from the reviews here, and I have to say I wasn't even a little bit disappointed. On the contrary, it was even better than I could imagine.||||The beach is absolutely gorgeous, as is the pousada. The staff is very kind always willing to help.||||We stayed at the Superior Bungalow Room. It is large, but cozy, and has a 360º balcony with a beautiful pool view. It's got air conditioning, satellite tv, a mini bar and hot shower.||||The couple who own the place are very welcoming and nice people. We shared a lot of laughs and had a long talk at the pousada bar one evening. Speaking of which, the food and drinks are great, and the price is great too! Oh, and they have a cute an awesome dog (Zulu) who loves to be pet!||||I would absolutely recommend this pousada to anyone who wants to have a great time, relax and forget about our everyday worries...

We really enjoyed staying at Casa Zulu for 8 nights mid November 2014. The host family is just so welcoming and helpful, the place itself is a little paradise with lots of green spaces, hammocks and relaxing places, right off the beach and town. Everything is well maintained and clean, the breakfast was delicious, the staff is very friendly and and we felt totally safe. We enjoyed two fish barbecue dinners during our stay, had a great time socializing with the other guests and enjoyed a nice sunset trip to a nearby dune / river for Oysters and Caipirinha organized by the host family. Thank you Roxanne, Edouard, Joelle, Tom, Paulette and Zulu... we hope to be back!...

Very charming pousada with a lovely young host familiy. We enjoyed our stay last july very much. The owners are caring and we felt at home immediately. The garden and the rooms are taken care of with love. The pousada is located directly at the beach with a 10 minutes walk to the kite station. The owners also arranged a pick up from the airport, so we could start our holiday directly in Icaraizinho. Icaraizinho is perfect for people who are looking for a quiet place to relax and kite – we enjoyed our days kiting, hanging around in the hammocks in the pousada and drinking caipirinha. Thanks again for the hospitality Roxanne and Edouard! Definitely...
