Pousada Nossa Casa We spent 7 weeks in Brazil and pousada nossa casa was near the start... And we can say after staying at other many other places that it ranks in the top three and we would definitely go back! The very smiley and helpful owner Talvanis was working on receiving a delivery when we arrived but dropped everything immediately to attend to us and check us in. He informed us of things to do in the area too and was always there for any help we needed- with good advice and recommendations. All the other staff were just as friendly and helpful and you got a sense of a real team who were happy working where they were! The pousada location is great, as others say- close to beach but not in the "buzz". There is a 24 hour reception where this literally always someone and security is also very good. The room is "small" but it's not tiny... We were backpacking with two big backpacks and there was more than enough space to have them.. and we could unpack our clothes and hang them up too. The website does explain the rooms are not big so your expectations are managed, they are not false advertising. The rooms were spotlessly clean and cleaned every day with so much care by housekeeping to arrange your towels in a different way every day! Housekeeping really go the extra mile and take pleasure in their job- we didn't experience anything like this anywhere else. There is also a fridge in each room - which u stock yourself, and there is TV too with music channels (again no other place we stayed at had this) and Internet reception was fast and excellent in our room and dining room where great breakfasts were served. There was also a water filter/ dispenser and cooler which you could use at any time- and a computer guests can use if your don't have your own. A pousada é aconchegante, tranquila e sim, sem luxo, mas alia localização boa com custo-benefício, principalmente para quem vai ficar boa parte do dia curtindo as praias e outros lazeres da cidade, como foi o nosso caso. O café da manhã é farto, sem grandes alterações, a equipe é esforçada em atender bem e isso fica claro na prestação do serviço, a limpeza foi impecável, o café da manhã foi servido no horário e a equipe é simpática e gentil. Os quartos são pequenos (entre 12m² e 16m² eu acho) e sem janela, e mesmo com ar condicionado você sofre, e no quarto que ficamos tivemos problemas nas duas portas, a principal e a do banheiro, que emperravam fazendo barulho, sempre. Sinceramente acredito que por um preço similar é possível encontrar algo melhor, mais sofisticado e com melhor localização, mas vai muito do perfil do viajante, no nosso caso queríamos mais um local para apenas passar as noites, pois ficávamos o dia inteiro fora, então nos atendeu bem, sendo a simpatia da equipe o diferencial. Não acredito que volte, pois na próxima vez priorizaremos mais conforto, sem dúvida, mas deixo aqui mais uma vez meu agradecimento a todos pelo esforço em nos proporcionar ótimos dias na...
