Reymar Express — Hotel in Região Geográfica Imediata de Maceió

I'm staying in this hotel for New Years and my experience was ruined for multiple reasons. First and major problem was this group of guests in multiple rooms partying a way too loud and doing drugs in the hotel, I complained four nights in a row, called the police twice with no improvement or action taken. Other guests in the hotel also experienced the same issues. |Besides that the hotel itself is really far from downtown and you cannot use the beach in front of the hotel, you need to take a cab to do anything.|The air conditioning has only one setting, you cannot control temperature, and in the morning the room is freezing.|The hotel has a small sauna, but they charge extra (R$ 25 for 30 min). |Breakfast is ok for this type of hotel. The hotel was very clean, but there were a few things that made it from good to average . 2 things stuck out,1st was the sensor to turn on and off the ac was hanging in a weird location, so at first it took me a few minutes to turn on and off the ac.it was annoying. The second was a very thin door between my room and the room next to mine, I could here the neighbors very clearly, which wasn't there fault, just a thin door. The night I arrived at the hotel, I found the toilet dirty. It took them almost an hour to understand the problem and change me to a new room. No one at the hotel apparently speaks English. Then one day I found my room was not at all cleaned, the bed was left as it was. During checkout I found my laptop mouse missing, when I complained about it at the reception they found it in the lost and found. Still now unable to give me an answer why it was there. Angry...
