Hotel VillaOeste — Hotel in Região Geográfica Imediata de Mossoró

I stayed in the VillaOeste for about 3 weeks.||||Its a deceptively big hotel, not in terms of quantity of rooms, just how spread out it is.||||Throughout my stay the staff were very friendly and helpful and even suffered my appalling Portuñol.|| ||For all but 2 of the nights I stayed in the slightly bigger rooms out by the garden. For the final 2 nights I stayed in the standard rooms in the main corridor between reception and the restaurant.||||For a longer stay the bigger rooms were definitely worth paying a little extra as they offer considerable more space and the possibility of opening the curtains to garden views. They are also a little more remote so are quieter and don't have the issue of noise from the foot traffic through the hotel as the other rooms do.||||The rooms were well enough maintained and furnished.||||The internet was free and reasonable for most basic uses. It was not really good enough for watching any live streaming events or if there was a big meeting in the hotel, it was pretty much unusable full stop.||||There was a small gym which is fine for basic fitness requirements and a small plunge pool with sun loungers.||||The breakfast was a great buffet, with the added bonus of being able to order extra hot dishes.||||The restaurant didn't seem to open in the evenings, but the hotel had a small cafe which offered a good range of snacks and meals as an alternative.||||All in all a great stay and I wouldn't hesitate in returning to the VillaOeste if in the...

VERY friendly and helpful staff. We had some equipment for our research that we needed to move around, and the staff was almost throwing everything they had in their hands to help us. The first room we got the aircon was unfortunately leaking, after a call to the reception we got a new room with no questions asked. Only downside was that the wifi couldn't reach that room. Se eu pudesse dar -10 eu daria...esperiência terrível pra nunca mais repetir e nunca na vida indicar pra alguém.Só tem nome...Eu sugiro que o dono se hospede 1 dia que eu queria ver se ele ia gostar...Hotel com aspecto de abandonado...quarto sujo...cortinas imundas...guarda roupa quase caia por cima da pessoa quando abriu a porta...piscina um nojo...cama vc passa a noite se coçando...cuidado quando usarem aquele tanque que eles chamam de piscina...pq 3 crianças pegaram uma micose na pele que está difícil de curar...fora uma galera fumando maconha no deck da piscina...odiei...e faço questão que todo mundo saiba...pra que não caiam na mesma armadilha...hotel villa oeste não era nem pra está recebendo mais hóspedes....pq até barata dentro do quarto tinha...fora a incomodação dos eventos da hinode que a zuada vai lá dentro dos quartos...vigilância sanitária podia ir lá....e fazer uma verificação na agua da piscina...pra ver que bacteria que tem ali...pq eh inadimissivel que uma criança entre ali e saia com doença de pele.Estou indignada...e preocupada com isso que minha filha pegou lá...até a moça da farmacia qdo eu falei do caso da minha filha...me disse que outra criança tinha aparecido lá com a mesma coisa e que tb estava hospedada nesse chiqueiro.Decepção...
