Not many English speakers, actually only one of the staff spoke some English. I extended my stay with two nights and paid in cash, but after realizing that the place was almost empty and that no one really speaks English I decided to leave a day early. I was promised a refund through bank transfer but after two days I didn't see any refund so I contacted them again. Also it was a bit strange that the amount was taken down 33% due to taxes, bank fees etc. But ok. After reaching. Them again, now the story was that I can't get the refund through bank transfer and that I need to have Pix or come get it in person. But as I'm a solo traveller without Brazilian ID etc. I can't ofc receive in Pix and can't travel 24hours+ to pick it up. Of course they understand that since I'm not brazilian I also won't have a Brazilian bank account. That's why I asked to have the cash back before I left since that was my original form of payment. That's how these things normally work. Very unprofessional and so I can't recommend this place...

It is clean, the areas are very spacious, there's a guitar and hammocks. The location is amazing, next to a local bar, beaches and great sunset spots. But what I loved most is the staff. Everyone is always smiling, helping you every time you have a doubt, a question etc. I honestly felt like I was kind of part of a small family. I came there for 3 days.
