Overall a great family trip, just minor details that can be easily improved. Location is great, close to Vila PDG, Muro Alto and Praia do Cupe, very convenient to be able to take trips without losing most of the day. Atmosphere was very chill, calm, and it all depends on taste, we felt comfortable, it was not crowded, always had pool areas to ourselves if we wanted them, but if u like a more party atmosphere and constant recreational activities this is not the place, we enjoyed the relaxed nature of the resort. Rooms were found to be good, air cond worked great, shower really great, room service was very good, the light system works great so you can let them know when you are ready for room service is great. Also the beach hammock in the balcony was super nice. Value is reasonable considering amenities and food. The extra costs for drinks is a bit annoying having to charge it to your bracelet, I rather just have that included, and every time u wanted a drink they were slow to serve, even if not busy, staff takes a very long time to serve you. That is def something that can be improved, sometimes you would end your meal and drinks had not arrived. The pools were clean and the resort felt very clean. Pool chairs and tables are old and can use an update. They have great lounging areas near the beach that are just very well kept. There were some construction going on but it did not really bother us, although not ideal, i am sure some people can find that not pleasant. Service overall Id say its good, not overly friendly but not rude either, just reasonable respectful treatment, maybe the reception desk can use a friendlier face but again, just details. Our only set back in our stay was that the door locked and it would not open, we requested help and within the hour the problem was fixed while we had lunch. Beach towels are bad quality, that's another area they can improve. Overall I would stay there again and will recommend it as well, I think you make ur own memories and we had an amazing time, the place is very nice and helped enhance our vacation time, its a matter of taste and they cant please everyone but I think Viva is very worth the stay. Foam party was fun, the entertainment in my opinion is lacking but again it depends on what you are looking for. I have older children, but they seem to have many activities for small children. Felt like they focus their entertainment for local tourism and mainly play Brazilian music which is great but I would like it to be more balanced out at the pool area. The food is a strong point of Viva, real quality on all 3 meals. The GYM felt a bit small but it does the job. Again these are details and observations, and its a matter of your personal taste and likes, we were very happy with our stay and will cherish our stay there always. This review is mainly so they can improve certain details that can make them look even better to other...
Read moreI must say this hotel is extreme pleasant especially for a family with kids.. those little ones have so much fun!! Like everything else nothing is perfect but there are just a few things those two owner brothers could definitely improve, and one of the is the Internet by ALL means the worst I have ever experienced with one exception central Africa !!! On this day and age is inadmissible an internet service such as that.. I wonder if there are not proper technicians available on that area. The other minor complaint is the quality of the meat. The responsible owners know as well as I do that the difference between good meat and “so so” meat is MINIMAL. Finally check in takes forever and personnel at reception are not pleasant! ||Remarkable quantity of employees, the owners didn’t spare and overall service is amazing, facilities such as swimming pools and other services also excellent. Room cleaning top, breakfast is worth staying in the hotel to experiment!! Dinner buffet is not the best and as I said meat leaves a lot to be desired specially being in Brazil where meat is amazing and they can buy good quality filet mignon at very reasonable prices !||My final comment is that they should improve in those minor offerings just to make the hotel absolutely TOP.. despite all that I recommend it and will definitely come back .. maybe by next time they would improved on those items...
Read moreFicamos 8 dias no Vivá e gostamos bastante!
Além do buffet, tinha a parte onde você pedia grelhados, pizza, e tapioca.
Atendimento: no geral, achamos bom.
No check-out, não.
