My expectations were high since the price was so stiff compared to international standards. They advertise that they speak 3 different languages in the ad. Something only a few do. It is also stated in the advertisement that they have children's passports. There we learned that there was a restriction that the children had to be over 2 years old to be able to participate. It also happened a couple of times that there was no table space during breakfast, even though we had of course paid for it. Because the employees at the hotel had an event where they had to use the one room that was normally also served in. I took up my frustration with the department manager at the hotel. There I was met with the fact that the staff should do everything they can to ensure that my hotel stay was as good as possible. But he could not admit that they engage in misleading advertising. Other than what he said, they made reservations about writing mistakes in the ad. I have looked at the ad for a while and nothing has changed on it. So no form of compensation for my stay just arrogance that I'm complaining about them it seemed. It says they still speak three different languages. When the truth is that they speak two Portuguese and Spanish. Not English. So do you speak another language Latin? Or come from a country other than Brazil/Spain? Is this hotel not for you? Then you will have problems with and understanding explanations of where toilets are located? Or if you are a parent who thinks it would be good to have some child care in while you relax at the beach. Don't forget that your child must be 2 years or older to receive it. And do you think we can just get some family or friends to come into the hotel and babysit. So expect and get questions from the staff about extra payment for...

The location is absolutely breathtaking—white sandy beaches, crystal-clear water, and lush surroundings that make you feel like you’re in paradise. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable and happy.||The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with balconies offering fantastic views. The food was another highlight—fresh, flavorful, and full of local flair. The chef always accommodated my gluten allergies with every meal. |I especially appreciated the wide variety of activities offered, from pool aerobics to boat excursions and live music in the evenings.||This resort strikes the perfect balance between relaxation and adventure. I left feeling completely refreshed and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!||* One caveat though, as an American, the next time I go I’ll have to learn a little Portuguese as no one there spoke English. Lucky for me my wife is Brazilian so I...
Read moreAuthentic Northeastern Brazilian feel - food, decor, etc. A nice mix of more modern and traditional. It is amazing for a couple but be advised that the hotel is geared for families and there will be children. I haven't stayed in all their room types yet (but have tried 2) they are great. Want to people watch - graze on yummy food and have good caipirinha's at the hotel pools or bars and hang out. Looked like there was a kids camp, Plus., they have a show or two a week in the evenings - that are great (but a little on the loud side for me but I don't like loud music).||||Favorite foods there: tampioca, caldinho de camarao, and filet de agulia.||||Want to avoid the families - they have an amazing house you can rent with a chef and everything - you can still go hang lout at the hotel but if your looking for piece and quite - this is the better option for you. It has a great private pool. ||||Staff speak limited English, so have going with some basic or even limited Portuguese language skills is a real plus.||||I will...
