Pousada Della Vegas — Hotel in Região Imediata de Amparo

Location||3km from the city centre in a private neighborhood. Nothing to do on foot near the hotel.||||The hotel||Recently built, clean, tidy.||||Service||In general, friendly and helpful, but there was one real disappointment. No room service on the second day because we hadn't hang the sign "Please clean" on the door handle. That was our mistake, as we thought the sign was to say "No need for room service today". At 2pm, we discovered our mistake and asked reception to rectify, but it really seemed that they weren't happy to comply, that it was our fault, that we had missed the opportunity (although we were the ONLY guests on that day!). We had to ask for fresh towels and after about an hour, a lady offered to clean the room, but it was too late and we decided we preferred our privacy at that point.||||Details like this can make a real difference, especially in a hotel that is not cheap, although some might disagree.||||The room||We chose Studio A, the most expensive. Reasonable size, comfortable bed BUT no wardrobe, no cupboards, no bureau or desk, nowhere to put ANYTHING except a tiny bar to hang clothes by the door, no personal touches, no decoration beyond wallpaper (scuffed in one place). Giros and his family were incredible. They welcomed us into their beautiful inn and made us feel like honored guests in their home. There was a genuine friendly hospitality that can not be faked or manufactured at a corporate hotel.|The room was spotless and the king size bed with a firm mattress gave us 2 great nights of sleep. The shower has the best water pressure and could be as hot as anyone could stand-- the best shower I have found in Brazil. The bar/hot tub/pool area was so peaceful and restful, I took a nap on one of the shaded beds at the poolside.|Lastly, the breakfast buffet included so many delicious choices, from the fresh scrambled eggs to the meats and cheeses to the bread options, The coffee and juice were excellent.|We couldn't have been happier with our stay and we plan to return to these lovely people and their beautiful part of...

A nossa hospedagem que não foi agradável. Eu minha esposa e filha 6 anos ficamos no chalé alpino do dia 07 até 09/09/2025 Chegamos no domingo as 18:00 e não havia funcionários para nos receber, apenas deixaram a chave para acessar o chalé. No dia seguinte fui até a recepção e em nenhum momento foi apresentada a pousada sabendo que era a nossa primeira vez. O café da manhã bastante fraco pelo preço que é cobrado. Suco de laranja industrializado e um único bolo servido dois dias seguidos. O atendimento até educado e ovos preparados na hora. Mas bem abaixo das expectativas. Sinal de Internet horrível e utilizamos dados móveis quase todo tempo. A TV só tem os canais abertos e da região a falta de opções é terrível. A piscina grande gelada não tem nada de climatizada e a aquecida coberta não tem sol e o cheiro estava bem desagradável. Observamos nos cantos entulhos. Lona de piscina jogada. O bar que existia nada foi oferecido além de um cardápio digital e ainda teria cobrança se consumir alguma coisa fora do chalé. Queria ir embora no dia seguinte mas como já tinha pago antecipadamente não tive muita opção. Não recomendo e não voltaria a me hospedar nem pela metade do preço que paguei.
