So, from the start it's an old hotel. I was told it had minor renovations in the past when management changed, still, it looks and feel very much like a hotel from the 70's/80's and I don't mean the good kind of looks.||||Front desk was good and problem solving. The room was good, with good exterior sound isolation (I was on upper levels, so it could've helped) - in my case in particular the minibar fridge was noisy, and it urgently needs more power sockets, I counted them: 3 (2 in the bathroom and 1 in the room, the other was used by the fridge). Read moreStayed with my mum and gran in a family room. There was a very strong smell of bleach everywhere, but the room and bathroom were clean but quite basic with sparse furnishings. And cold. Food was ok but not great (we ordered room service). I asked for a rubber mat for the shower for my 93 year old grandmother but they didn't have it. I thought that would be a basic item to have in such an old hotel. The outdoor pool is nice, gym is tiny. The breakfast has an ok variety of items. The reception and restaurant staff were not very friendly but governance were helpful. It is quite close to a beautiful park with a small zoo. But there are other large chain hotels nearby and i think i would be choosing to go...
Read moreThis was by far the worst hotel I ever stayed. The rooms are VERY noisy as the hotel is right next to a busy highway. Furthermore you hear everything from the other rooms. In addition the beds are way to soft, which really hurt my back. In addition absolutely no one in the hotel speaks a single word of English … We were given this room by Azul airlines since a flight change meant that we needed to stay over night.
