Pousada Forte Rocha — Hotel in Região Imediata de Caraguatatuba-Ubatuba-São Sebastião

This place is absolutely incredible. The hotel is located in the southern portion of the island, which was much more relaxed and less crowded than the northern regions. The staff at the hotel were very nice and friendly, they helped us carry our luggage, gave honest suggestions for amazing restaurants and beaches for us to visit during our stay, and occasionally struck up conversations with guests to ask how they were doing. The breakfast service was incredible- with different options every day, including eggs, pão de queijo, fruits, and cakes. The pool was absolutely amazing, and felt like it was an oasis in the middle of the rainforest. The room was spacious with a private balcony, separate kitchen, and a comfortable bed. The decorations of the whole facility were awesome and it almost felt like camping but in a 5 star hotel room. The hotel uses water from a stream/waterfall in their property for all of their water needs like filling the pool and etc. Guests have access to countless romantic areas in their property and we had an amazing time observing the wildlife and the natural beauty of the area. Pousada que recomendo... a Mariana é o Edson foram muito atenciosos durante minha estadia..

Acredito que falta divulgar mais, a pousada possue uma mini cozinha que tem que me ajudou muito pois tinha um microondas e um mini fogão.. comprei marmita onde saiu em custo benefício melhor..

Os quartos são bem aconchegante.. a pousada atendeu minha necessidades, atrás dela passa a água que vai dá cachoeira caso não queira ir até ela.. mais recomendor ir.. muito bom.. .

A limpeza nota 1000 muito boa mesmo.. ..

Localização nota 5.. muito próximos praia da feiticeira.. a cachoeira 3 tombos..

A pousada tem fácil acesso porém a prefeitura está asfaltado a rua dela.. no início tem asfalto porém tem uma subida está em terra.. meu carro voltou várias vezes addim como dos outros hóspedes.. estava chovendo na parte da tarde e noite.. o que acaba piorando a lama e prejudicando ainda mais a subida íngreme.. acabei perdendo pois não pude ir ao centro a noite com receio do retorno e a subida.. o proprietário Edson pediu mil desculpas e mesmo a gente sabendo que ele nao tem culpa pois isso já é um probleminha da prefeitura em acelerar as obras.. acabei não aproveitando o que poderia.. pois impossibilitou o ir e vim..

Pra quem vai levar Notebook como eu levei leve adapdor de tomada.. eu já fui em outros hotéis e tenho costume de levar.. Não esquecer repelente..

Agradeço imensamente toda a atenção e gentileza enquanto estava na pousada.. porém com esse problema do asfalto nao voltaria.. me sentir presa, tanto pela chuva, asfalto que não tinha.. gostaria muito de ter conhecido...

I would highly recommend this place. Im just about to leave Ilhabela and I have to say this is one of the best places I have stayed so far. I'm traveling solo for the first time in Brazil and don't really speak any Portuguese. 2 girls in reception were really helpful :-) using google translate and asking family and friends to help me out to get around.
