Did not know what to expect. Found the staff, while not speaking English, trying their best to communicate and accommodate. They were extremely helpful and it felt like there was no language barrier because of the authentic effort they all made to ensure my visit was a comfortable one. Complimentary breakfast, including freshly made scrambled eggs, were in order each morning, without even asking. The pool is cozy and just the right temperature. They have a lot of facilities but the place, in a very quiet location, was peaceful. The room was sizeable and clean and perfectly suitable for the three night stay. I truly enjoyed my stay and my visit to this lovely quaint town. For Canadians the hotel is a steal. Pricing is rather generous. It's actually the second time we stayed at this Hotel. The first time was 10 years ago. The Hotel really changed a lot and for the better. To relax after tiring activities, the Hotel offers a swimming pool, a tennis court, a sauna, a whirlpool, as well as a massage option, which is charged separately. Estive recentemente no Hotel e foi simplesmente incrível. Desde a chegada, o atendimento da equipe. — nos orientaram sobre passeios, restaurantes e estavam sempre à disposição.

A acomodação era um verdadeiro refúgio: Cama muito confortável, banheiro impecável e ar-condicionado eficiente. O ambiente é acolhedor, ideal para descansar após um dia de aventuras.

O café da manhã merece destaque — delicioso, variado e bem servido, com buffet completo e até pequenos detalhes como espumante para degustação, Mimosa no café da manhã, digno de Hotel 05 estrelas.

A estrutura de lazer é completa: o Spa, a piscina climatizada, a hidromassagem aquecida com cromoterapia e a sauna úmida — perfeitas para relaxar, especialmente nos dias mais frios. Também há uma quadra de tênis, sala de jogos e um espaço gourmet/churrasqueira, ideal para curtir em família ou grupo.

A limpeza estava impecável — quarto, áreas comuns, piscina e SPA, tudo muito bem cuidado . E a localização é excelente: tranquila e residencial, mas a poucos passos do centro de Brotas, facilitando o acesso às atrações locais.

Resumindo: Excelente Hotel e custo benefício, atendimento cordial e acolhedor, muito conforto e qualidade em todos os detalhes. Recomendo a todos – casal, famílias ou amigos. Já reservei...
