‘Quality’ may be part of the hotel's name but I can definitely assure you that is light years away from being part of its values and services.
Sure, if we consider the hotel only in its structure we can manage to rate it as a four stars, but if to this we add the staff attendance, the services offered in relation to the price at which they are offered, it will barely earn itself a two stars rating.
Just to give you an idea, during my seven days stay my room was left untidy twice, in the first occasion I phoned the reception twice (with a 10 minutes gap between one call and the other) and asked for some clean towels. At my second phone call the receptionist assured me that the towels were on their way to my room (situate in the fourth floor), but after waiting more than 15 minutes I went to the reception myself and to their surprise they found out that the cleaner never delivered the towels to my room. They even tried to contact her on the walkie-talkie, but she simply went MIA.
The adventure ended with me in the cleaners closet (at the fourth floor) getting myself and my missy some clean towels.
This was also how it ended in the second occasion, but the difference this time was that I phoned the hotel apologizing, because I had forgotten the do not disturb sign on my door, I informed them that there was no one in the room and I was reassured that at my return that night, I was going to find the room tidy with clean towels waiting only to be used.
I arrived after 12am and my girlfriend said: 'I bet they didn't tidy up our room’. And I replied: 'Is impossible, they assured me personally that they would’.
Well… They didn't, and this proves that women are always right.
The disorganization in this and other occasions was so tangible that it seems alive.

I know that the breakfast is free because included with the stay… But if you want to taste fresh fruit and drink some fruit juices that are not abundantly diluted with water, then you definitely want to go...

I had a friend coming to say hello, the bar was closed and no way to get a drink, I invited my friend to the room for half hour to drink a coke and speak. After a couple of days they recognized us and almost read our minds as to our needs. Our room was clean, everything worked once we figured out how to run things (if you turn the AC off then on again, it works fine). Very comfortable place to stay.
