Eduardo and his team helped to create a very special memory for me during my first visit to Brazil. The service of the doormen was outstanding, especially Brian and Fabio. They worked very hard to fit all of the luggage into a very small truck. Brian escorted me from the shuttle like a queen and I felt very spoiled. Eduardo and Eli at the front desk provided a very warm welcome and helped me check in early, as my flight arrived very early. The entire front desk helped my friend and me with directions, suggstions and information, as we asked a lot of questions. They also helped with the rental car, a complimentary glass of wine and very good conversation. We enjoyed speaking with them as if they were friends. They also provided water that was not too cold, as had a tooth removed before I arrived and needed to avoid the very cold water. The staff in the Atrium restaurant was excellent, and the two waiters made our time together very memorable. They both went out of their way to provide the most excellent service also. The staff in the main restaurant work very hard and they are always watching to see if anyone needs anything. Everything is always clean and full, and they strive to find out if you need anything or have any questions. The man who cleans the pool went out of his way to help us find the swimming goggles that were left, and the staff in the gym were very friendly also. The shuttle drivers were amazing and very helpful with the luggage and directions. Every person in the hotel provided the best service and the greetings were always warm. It was so nice to be greeted at the buffet each morning, and at the front desk , as well as every time I entered or left the hotel. Housekeeping was very helpful and friendly and the room was very clean.The food ane wine were very good quality and we were very happy. I believe this property is deserving of recognition for excellent service and it is warranted to nominate Eduardo and the staff for an award. I recently stayed at the São Paulo Airport Marriott Hotel and found both positives and negatives during my visit. The location is fantastic for travelers, providing easy access to the airport and nearby amenities, making it a convenient choice.
The pool area was enjoyable, and the service was quite good, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. The gym was one of the best I’ve encountered in hotels, featuring a wide range of equipment that met all my fitness needs. I also had a hair wash and dry at the hotel salon; the lady was very nice and did an excellent job, leaving me feeling refreshed.
However, I found the hotel management to be average. There was an unfortunate situation where they attempted to charge me for an extra half day, which I was not informed about initially. It was frustrating and not something I expected at a Marriott property. Additionally, the room service left much to be desired. It took an excessively long time for our orders to arrive, which detracted from our experience.
That said, I must commend the two gentlemen working during the night shift at the front desk. They made a wonderful first impression and were very helpful. Overall, while there were some enjoyable aspects of the stay, improvements in service and communication would significantly enhance the experience. #whoyouchoosematters #travelwithbobbiejean...

We were very impressed by the hotel staff, especially Fabio and Tiago at the front desk and Pedro in the Concierge Lounge. We cannot say enough great things about how fantastic they made our stay. Upon checking in, Fabio made us a sight-seeing booklet of things to do in Sao Paulo since it was our first visit there and we didn't get time to do much research before arriving. Tiago went out of his way to call for information regarding bus information to the beaches and upgraded our room since I am a platinum elite member. They answered our every question and made us feel so welcome. Pedro made us fantastic Brazilian drinks in the concierge lounge during our stay for the evening happy hour. All three gentlemen were outstanding at customer service and making time for our questions. Sunday was my husband's birthday, so Fabio surprised us with a cake which was fabulous. He also arranged for a late checkout for us since we had to transfer downtown to another hotel. We cannot thank this Marriott enough for the wonderful time we had there. This stay stood out to my husband and I because I rarely get room upgrades in the United States, nor staff that enjoy delighting their customers.
